Motel di Hamlyn Heights

My stay at the parkwood will be memorable for all the wrong reasons, the list of reasons you shouldn’t stay here are as follows, The room upon arrival was dusty and I found many hidden treasure in my room the ‘cleaner’ shouldn’t have missed, like a knife in the wall?. My room was constantly left with wet towels and I went without a working shower in my room for several nights. The maid knocks and also enters without waiting for a reply. The service here provided by all staff is rude , during my stay I was harassed and abused by the manager and also the yard worker. Who accused me of yelling when the people above my room were screaming and throwing furniture. The police attend the motel more than anyone else as the owner calls when you invite any visitor to your room, On numerous occasions during my stay myself and other people witnessed the motel owner invade the privacy of peoples rooms when she knows they have gone out and taken belongings from people’s rooms. I myself found my door left unlocked and opened after she let herself in to my room to go through my belongings. The cleanliness of this hotel is atrocious and frankly I don’t know how it is legal to run any form of accommodation at this low of a standard. Frankly I don’t think they can legally advertise Foxtel here when it’s only 8 Channels provided over a digital remote having no actual access to Foxtel channels or the TV guide? My stay at the parkwood has been eventful but I highly recommend you stay anywhere else. Extremely disappointed.
