"My go to for Hollywood. Very clean, location is a tad sketchy but it’s close to Universal and TCL. Bathroom is always clean. Staff is not warm but get the job done. Cheapest place around that isn’t gross or sketchy. Would recommend."

PPengguna TetamuThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.

PPengguna TetamuThe quality matches the price you pay. Right in front of intuit dome and 20 mins walk to SoFi stadium. The location is perfect. There is 24hr Mc right the gas station with convenient store beside the hotel. Nice for short stay after concert. I was fine as a solo foreign girl staying here but wouldn’t recommend any solo women because you might feel uncomfortable. During the day was fine but during the night (I was leaving to airport at 3am) when all the crowds from concert left, the neighborhood is not that safe. You might hear cars honking as well if you was assigned in the room that located in the front area of building. But for this price I’m okay. Restroom is okay as well, you need a keycard to get in. The shower zone has just a curtain (I didn’t get to use them since I left early). The staff gives you clear instructions and enough information, I appreciate them the most.

GGeorge Goh Nai SengIt was my first stay at Del Aire Inn, which surprised my expectations. The service front desk was so friendly, giving me a great part of the Inn room . It was bigger than I imagined, like a suit, ha ha . Spacious room with two king-sized beds . I enjoyed my lunch and dinner around its surroundings near food restaurants. Conveniently, I could walk distances. There are more food and beverage stores I can choose from. It's also relaxing and pleasure to stay . The best choice to stay especially for travellers to sleep overnight . Nearest place to the Las Angeles international airport 15 minutes away. Good choice for everyone to visit 👍

Initially when I arrived I was disappointed by how many people were just hanging out and about outside. You can't help that though. I was able to check in early, which was totally awesome. Unfortunately I was blindsided by the $20 cash deposit for a room key.
I git a but lost when searching for my room. Signs could be a bit clearer. My room was nice though. Everything was clean. Now I use nice loosely. There were holes in the ceiling and the door looked patched together. It was very dim as well.
I was there 3 days. Service was decent.
All in all a good stay for short notice.

PPengguna TetamuBest value for money, family run hotel, helpful owner safe and clean place , great location, nice restaurants and shopping centre around, very good and affordable Maxican restaurants just around the corner, 4minutes walk to bus stand , 3 minutes bus ride to train . From train station buy $14 weekly pass and off you go . This Pass works with all public transport buses and trains. Only 15 minutes ride in train to LA city from hotel , if you don’t want to spend too much money just to simply sleep , this is the place for you . But if you are looking luxury in Lido than this place is not for you . Yes they ask $50 cash deposit just to deter unruly young guests who enjoy damaging hotel property. Otherwise for normal guests no issues.
