Ulasan Churaumi on the Beach Motobu

We stayed there two nights. Appreciate the service from staffs. They are so quick in responding our email.

I have booked 3 days stayed in this hotel from November 7 to November 10. I have checked into this hotel on November 7th at 7 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, the room already smelled bad. Then I found one or two geckos in the kitchen, and then I also found that there were many mosquitoes on the bed. When I went to sleep, I can't endure it when you're sleeping on the pillow, there are a few mosquitoes walking around the bed. I didn’t sleep the whole night. Due to no staff on duty at night and we can't complain on that night, and finally I decided to leave this hotel tomorrow and give up these two hotel stays. I have complained to the hotel about this. They replied me that it is inevitable that insects will appear in this area where there is a lot of nature. Geckos are said to protect the home in Okinawa and cannot be removed at all. And the hotel usually do not issue refunds due to bugs and odors. I absolutely NOT NOT NOT recommend to book this hotel due to the cleanliness of the hotel.

It has its own beach and a sand washing area, which is very considerate. It is only a fifteen-minute drive from the Churaumi Aquarium, which is quite convenient. The room is clean and tidy.

The ocean view was great, and the living room was spacious, so it was perfect for four people to stay. In particular, it was my first time staying at a place that had a washing machine and dryer, so it was really convenient to be able to easily handle my laundry. It seems like the best hotel for multiple people to stay at.

The scenery is beautiful, the sea view is in the first row, the sunset and riding the waves are beautiful.

I drove to the hotel, although the location is inconspicuous, but the environment is very good, the hall can look at the sunset and endless sea views. There are cooking facilities, if you are traveling by car there is a large supermarket nearby where you can buy something to cook yourself, and the distance to Nago is not far, there are enough restaurants in the area to choose from. Overall experience is good, but it is recommended not to choose to come during hurricane season, otherwise there will be ** annoying.
