Ulasan Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers

This motel is located by the twin towers opposite Mount Maunganui, making it a very convenient and easy-to-find spot. The room is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette, fridge, TV, heat pump, sofa, and a comfortable queen-size bed. The décor is a bit worn, but still acceptable and not a major issue. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Upon check-in, a NZD 250 deposit is required and temporarily held on your credit card, but it is released promptly after check-out.

Great location and a large spacious room. The pool looked nice but didnt swim and the gym also looked a great space to do some early morning workouts.

Bring a touch...the place is so poorly lighter you are in darkness most of the time...light bulbs if they work, are very dim. No toiletries supplied. Heating does not work in the bedroom. They call it a honeymoon suit....not at all. The spa bath is used as a shower... you need to climb into it...quite dangerous if you are elderly. Very expensive for what you get. View is lovely. We weren't told that the swimming pool could not be used until we arrived. We have stayed in this complex before and was expecting the same standard of suit if not higher because of the price, it was a surprise for my husband and now feel sad that this suit hasn't lived up to our expectations.

The location is excellent to the mount for great walks and biking. The apartment was a good size. Great to have secure parking in the underground garage. From there it went down hill…The service, presentation of reception, apartment, lobby etc messy, certainly no detail on cleanness inside the apartment and on the balcony. The bed linen smelt of body oder and no detail to presentation. There was soap missing in the bathroom. We would only stay again if the price was right.

Top location! Nice room, nice hot pool. Only the parking was a bit unclear when you arrive and want to check in.

Basically very satisfied, good value for money, good environment, there is a swimming sauna opposite, next to the beach, very convenient, I will go there again next time I have the chance
