酒店整體一般，比較舊了，我們訂了海港景的房間，麪積小，行李不好放，和圖片不符合。頂樓餐廳出品一般，風景倒是很好。
很奇怪的是在酒店餐廳用餐，餐費掛房賬，酒店半夜用我們的信用卡給116歐的餐費做了預授權，後面我問攜程，攜程說酒店擔心我們入住時的信用卡額度不夠，真是無語了，住一晚好幾百歐的房間，酒店居然擔心我們付不起116歐的餐費。
如果衹是去龐貝古城的話，可以在酒店門口叫出租車來回，在龐貝等兩個小時，費用100歐。參觀龐貝古城最好在門口請個導遊，這裏的導遊很專業，講解詳細認真，150歐一次，非常值。

È sempre bello ritornarci e già questo la dice tutta. Panorama mozzafiato servizi al top, super consigliato per famiglie con bambini ma anche per una piacevole fuga di relax. Centro benessere e piscine al top. Gentilezza e professionalità dovunque. Che dire super consigliato. Unica pecca quest’anno è aver notato una poca manutenzione all’esterno dell’edificio. Per il resto giardini etc. Al top come sempre.

We chose this Inn because of the location and we wanted a relaxing break to start our vacation. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Raffaello at the front desk makes you feel like family and he takes care of everything you need. We booked the package that included dinner, cooking class and vineyard tour with wine tasting. Dinner was served in our room in takeout containers with a bottle of wine. It was tasty and we were glad to be able to eat in our room after a long day of traveling. We walked to breakfast and were amazed at the views from the vineyard where breakfast is served. Had a great breakfast (we ate too much!) and then took our cooking class with Helena which was fantastic. We made homemade gnocchi which we later got to eat for lunch. The vineyard is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We then had wine tasting with Carmelo which was also very good paired with our lunch. We then spent time at the Inns beautiful pool on the roof. Our stay was amazing and just what we needed! Only con was that we are too much food because it was very good! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle!

Amazing, historic & hip city. People of all ages are on the move through the graffiti tattooed streets featuring magnificent buildings, churches & monasteries between fish and fruit markets. Laundry buoyed by gentle breezes float 3-4 stories high. Everyone very friendly. Good to know a little introductory Italian though not needed ((it’s appreciated). More smokers than I expected but enough outdoor seating to avoid if it’s bothersome. I’ll definitely return if possible.

We were able to spend a week there - simply wow! Location, rooms, cleanliness, standards, quality of the food and especially the wine list - all Champions League! Now we can say - as expected - and that's true! Unfortunately, what you rarely see these days are employees who go the ”extra mile”! A huge compliment! In all honesty! Exceptionally friendly and competent from check-in to the restaurant to check-out! Always super helpful and guest-oriented, special requests are implemented even at short notice. We travel a lot and love to travel, sometimes we get a bit annoying - here we can only take our hats off and bow respectfully! That was great! Comfortable, well kept B&B about equal distance from 2 gates to the archaeological site. Walking distance from the train station. My room had a nice little balcony that looks over the garden and the mountains on the far side of town. There’s also a larger, public patio with wisteria that was still blooming. Everything was clean and in good order. Dario is a good host who makes a really nice cappuccino. The breakfast was ample and varied, in the continental style. Dario will also book a tour of the ruins, or Vesuvius, Herculaneum, etc. for you. The Pompeii tour I booked was interesting; I’d recommend doing that to get oriented and learn about the site, and then staying and walking around on your own. Although the walls are a little thin so if someone is being noisy you’ll hear it, in general it was quiet. Not much street noise and minimal foot traffic nearby. Plenty of restaurants a couple blocks away.

The hotel had a crisp and fashionable design -- with Mediterranean flair. The rooftop was fantastic with its view of Vesuvius and the Sea and afternoon relaxing with spritzes! Our highlight was an afternoon cooking class with the Chef. We thought we knew Italian cooking no! We now have some authentic know-how to try at home. The food we made with him was some of the best we have eaten in our 6 week Italian vacation! And most of the product came from the on-site garden! Homemade lemoncillo, anchovie oil, fresh herbs. YUM! The rooms were simple, modern and bright. Just perfect for our 3 day/two night stay. A shout out to Mena at the front desk who was welcoming and helpful with local info and ideas. So appreciated.

A fantastic hotel with a modern and fresh vibe, and pool on the roof with incredible view. Just a few minutes walk into the heart of Sorrento and to the train station nearby. A breakfast with strong variety, with italian touch. Helpful staff that supported us with practical questions. A special thanks to Walter at the breakfast buffet - for your humour, kindness, your birthday song and warm genuine support.

In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted---the only other hotel that gave me such confidence was The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

Let me start how friendly How friendly the staff was. Nothing is too much always ready for a good recommendation and a nice chat. Rooms are well appointed and there is everything you need. Location is ideal for metro and funicolare. My parents are planning to come in Naples and I will make sure they will stay here! Well done! I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our stay at this location. The rooms are big and clean. The terrace is such a nice place to take in the amazing views of the water. The host, Jacopo, was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions about the area. The property is centrally located between Capri's main town and the port. I highly recommend taking the bus or taxi when coming from the port as there is a steep narrow incline up a hill and it is not ideal with suitcases.

Camera graziosa dedicata a Toto' con affresco, ampia e pulitissima con letto super comodo massaggiante, balcone dove poter fare colazione servita in camera. Bagno spazioso con jacuzzi. Posizione super comoda x visitare la Costiera sia in scooter che consigliamo, sia con i mezzi pubblici. Dispone di ampio Parcheggio privato gratuito. La proprietaria Lucia vi accoglie con un sorriso che subito vi fa sentire a casa. Sperando in un ritorno in Costiera sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. Grazie Lucia, a presto.

Fabulous small hotel with gorgeous views of Sorrento and the ocean. The hotel is high up in the hills, so be prepared to spend $20 and 15 minutes on a taxi ride to the restaurants downtown and the marinas. There is also a public bus (only runs a few times a day) for about two dollars. It has a gated entrance, lovely patio with wonderful views, small lemon grove, bright breakfast room with a full delicious meal, (Italian breakfast cakes, fresh fruit, granola, ham, and cheese, etc) three kinds of juice, choices of cappuccino, espresso, lattes, etc. and eggs made to order. The view from our room was spectacular and the windows easy to open to let in the fresh air. We had a huge tub with a view of the ocean, the bathroom had double sinks and a modern shower with two shower heads. The staff is terrific. They arranged car transfers to train station in Naples and a wonderful boat tour of Capri. They were friendly and patiently answered our many questions about the area. My husband & I highly recommend Maison Bon Bon!

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

PPengguna Tetamu3rd hotel we’ve stayed in on Piazza Garibaldi. The location might be a problem for some as there are a lot of people hanging around in the square and side streets but it felt safe to me. In fact I enjoyed sitting on our first floor balcony 12 feet above the pavement where a lot of locals were hanging out; it added to the charm of the place. It has a tiny ground floor footprint and is accessed via a door in the side street. Pretty unremarkable on arrival. But when you get onto the first floor the corridors and bedrooms are white marble throughout - floor and walls. It does look good but means the corridors are echoey. Room itself is good quality but I have concerns about the bathrooms and particularly the shower. Any interior designer surely knows that wet feet on untreated marble are a nasty accident waiting to happen: the 2 just don’t mix. The marble floor of the shower is downright dangerous; once you’ve rinsed off the shower gel, etc being in the shower is like driving with bald tyres on black ice. There’s nothing to hold onto to steady yourself either. I urge the hotel to provide a Bath mat in each room to mitigate this risk. But for this I’d have scored it 4. Breakfast is taken in the basement and I thought it fine. All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and professional.

PPengguna TetamuI had a mostly good experience at Seven Hostel.The dorms were nice, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay. The hostel offers a tasty breakfast and has an amazing chef on the rooftop who prepares delicious meals; the kitchen staff were friendly and provided excellent service. While the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Despite a few drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the value offered.

Firstly the positives. The location is very good for the train station and the airport. The rooms are a decent size and the staff were efficient although not hugely friendly. This hotel is very much a case of getting what you pay for. Its fine as a base to sleep in but if you're looking for any kind of luxury then it's not great The area the hotel is in is one of the poorer parts of the city. There's a lot of homeless people outside and all of the things that come with that, although they don't seem to bother the tourists. The road is exceptionally noisy although the windows do a decent job of blocking most of the noise out. The hotel itself is dated, the roof bar wasn't open during our stay and we didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that The room was very dated very dark and gloomy. The double bed was two beds pushed together and the sheets were uncomfortable and scratchy. The TV didn't work properly nor did the fridge. The bathroom flooded every time we had a shower as it appeared to come out of the floor drain whenever the shower was on or the bath emptied and the shower head was at knee height so you had to hold it up to have a shower. Having said that if you just wanted a place to stay with no frills and cheap then this is fine.
