First of all, it is "Yaroslavovo Dvorishche i Torg" — a historical architectural complex that, along with the Novgorod Kremlin, is the main architectural dominant of the historical center of the city. Of particular historical and artistic value is another monument located within walking distance from the hotel – the Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior on Ilyina Street — a temple built in 1374 and famous for the fact that it alone preserved frescoes by Theophanes the Greek. And right in the courtyard of the hotel you can see the surviving part of the building of the "Circle Yard" of the beginning of the XVIII century. Были с супругом с 07.07.23по 10.07.23, три ночи. Уже писала отличный отзыв об этом отеле в декабре 2022. И теперь полное разочарование. Заказали двухместный делюкс . Цена за 3 ночи более 50 т₽. Дали номер 106, первый этаж . Пол номера ниже уровня земли на пол метра, т. Е. Полуподвал. Рядом вход для поситителей ресторана, которых хоть и немного, но они в эти дни курить выходили под окна номера . Так окна номера находятся как раз над уровнем земли, то дети поситителей ресторана, пока взрослые курили рядом не раз заглядывали прямо в окна номера, практически были уже внутри, если бы не москитные сетки.. номер поменять на стойке регистрации отказались, мотивируя полной занятостью отеля. Может так и было, люди потом приехали.. Вентиляции в номере нет, очень душно. Или кондиционер или открываем окна. При температуре 17-20 градусов , хотелось просто открыть окна, а не спать под кондиционером, пришлось спать с кондиционером . И главная изюминка, это завтраки в ресторане. Большой привет смене дежурившей 8-го июля и 9 июля утром. Завтрак 8 июля - канапе с рыбой несвежие, зелень несвежая. Дыня горькая испортившаяся ( выплюнала сразу) кофемашина делает какую то бурду вместо кофе.причём старший имитировался заправку кофе зёрнами, после просьбы сделать кофе. В итоге минут через 30 после этого завтрака стол мутить и следующие 3 дня на таблетках от отравления. 8 го утром спустилась на завтрак с супругом он не ел ни канапе, ни зелень, ни сухофрукты, поэтому был здоров. Хотели взять гречку , но она была вонючая, т. Е начала тухнуть, это же просто кошмар. На замечание о недопустимости давать людям холодные старые помои, официант что то пытался рассказать, но очень хотелось попросить повара и обслугу с@есть то что они дают людям на завтрак. Вывод , за такие деньги так отдыхать не советую . Отстой . За пол года опустились на несколько уровней вниз . Да и ещё Ярославово дворище закрыто на реставрацию . Смотреть в Новгороде почти нечего теперь .

Хорошее расположение отеля. Чистый, современный номер, есть кондиционер, фен, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, плитка, если кому-то захочется приготовить самим. Сначала показалось холодно в номере, кондиционером на 28-30 в первую ночь нагрелось, вторую ночь было отлично и комфортно. Есть общая кухня, чай, кофе дополнительно можно всегда взять на ней, там же утром в 8.00 для всех номеров приносят боксы с завтраками (яичница, омлет, запеканка) и булочка из соседней пекарни, вкусно. Окно выходило на стену здания, плотные шторы не раскрывались, это не помешало проживанию. По цене и качеству вполне приятный, нормальный отель. Можно останавливаться по работе и семьей

В целом все понравилось, бронировала на одну ночь комнату с общественным туалетом и ванной, в этом плане все устроило. Комната, кухня были довольно чистыми, а вот душевая и туалет могли бы быть и чутка лучше, в целом чисто, но сан.техника ржавая. Местоположение отличное, в 20 минутах ходьбы от кремля. Цены тоже приемлемые. В общем, я бы поставила 7,5-8/10.

Отличное расположение, замечательный, приветливый персонал, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, потрясающе вкусные настойки;) Поездкой остались очень довольны!!! Рекомендую!!! Территория оказалась чуть меньше, чем думали, но впечатлений это не испортило! Есть небольшой контактный зоопарк! Территория ухоженная, все чисто и очень мило! Буду советовать друзьям и с удовольствием вернемся в гости!!! :) Спасибо!

…15 - 18 мая 2023 год. Отель не новый - времён СССР, после евроремонта. Есть своя автопарковка, она под камерами Администратора. Место для зарядки электромобиля и Место для инвалидов. Первый этаж не жилой - административный. …Вещи пришлось нести на второй «этаж +» самим в руках, лифт только технический. Все номера выходят на реку Волхов, идёт реконструкция набережной. Постели чистые, удобные, спать приятно - крайне необходимо менять матрацы - залежался на одном месте. Шкафа нет - есть плечевые отвесы с плечиками, душевая кабина, холодильник, стол, стаканы. …Включен завтрак - 400 рублей. Шведский стол. Угодить можно всем. Отмечаю, что удобно можно покушать бизнес ланч обед и ужин или по меню. К сожалению нам Адинистратор Андрей сделал замечание - почему не кушаем в городе - ему мешаем и отвлекаем. Пришлось два раза кушать рядом в кафе «Огурец».

Бронировали по 100% предоплате аж 15.05.24 номер Комфорт на 28.07.24. Указано было , что номер с кондиционером . Приехали , жара днём 32 градуса плюс . Номер без кондиционера , окна открыты , в номере стоит напольный вентилятор . Спать не возможно было , окна не закроешь , дышать не чем , при открытых окнах постоянные звуки с улицы. Кое как к 2 часам ночи организм сдался , а вставать в 7 утра . Не выспались , от слова вообще . Администратор сказал, что не успели подключить систему кондиционирования . Немой вопрос был конечно , а когда предоплату получали 15.05.24 с номером с кондиционером , неужели времени было не достаточно это воплотить ?? В номере нет мини холодильника. Что за бред ?? Завтраки предлагают в маленькой душной комнате без кондиционера на три стола . Заказывать их надо заранее - вечером , ценник не божеский . От 700- 980 руб за готовое одно блюдо на тарелке . В номерах нет полотенцосушителя , дурдом !!! И это номер комфорт !!! Если что-то мелкое постираешь ( носки и т.п. ) , сушить не где ! Утром всё сырое ! Да , номера стильные , а-ля с претензией на дизайнерские , позиционирование их на 30-50% выше по В. Новгорду , но не понятно за что . Не рекомендую .
