My stay at Le sultan Hotel was absolutely remarkable! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The room was impeccable, spacious, and elegantly decorated, offering a stunning view of the city. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. Additionally, the facilities such as the pool and spa were immaculate and allowed me to completely unwind. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Le sultan Hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay experience.

Our first time staying in la badira , it was an amazing experience ,high standard amazing people and staff we loved out room the view ( even though we hated that there were some construction work in front of it) but everything was on point we enjoyed the bar the restaurant, the private beach , we highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back. Second tier resort with ok facilities but poor room cleaning. Stayed for 3 days in early October, booked direct with full board (includes buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks at meal times). Most people are all inclusive. No wines by the glass and their cheapest (bad; 1st bottle was corked) rose was 13.5€. Weather was OK- warm but some cloud and wind. Staff especially in the restaurant and the entertainment team work hard. Food was OK - self serve icecream, desserts, pizza and pasta were great. Would have been bored of food if we stayed for a week. Food variety not as good as in Turkey. Pool and beach jetty were nice and slides were fun- we all got some minor scrapes. Hotel is aged although public areas are in ok condition. Biggest let down was the state of the room - adjoining room for the kids was great but the rooms were poorly cleaned; hairs on floors, sheets and in cupboards and the walls and floor needed a good clean. My wife was depressed spending time in the room as she likes things clean. Really needed a deep clean. House keeping never made up our room over our 2 night stay despite having a make up my room sign on the door. Price was reasonable though - next time would pay more for somewhere nicer and/or cleaner but could be worth it if you get a bargain and aren't so fussed about room cleanliness.

Ramzi (General Manager) is a top tier manager, he is very hospitable and can deal with complex requests with ease. I stayed here back in December 2022 and return a year later with 27 members of my family for dinner and had an amazing family meal that we all keep dear in our hearts. All of the beach bar staff (especially Fawzi) are awesome and always smiling. I always pay a visit when I’m in Hammamet

I visited residence romania on 3 occasions now and the service provided by the hotel and it’s staff is exceptional. Friendly team who are always willing to address any situation, I would recommend this hotel no matter what the type of stay you are going for. The staff I encountered were very hospitable and made me feel home, a special shout to the receptionist Myriam she was extremely welcoming and helped me out a lot btw she has an excellent british accent that myself admired a lot , ilyes at the restaurant and the others thank you a lot
