"Looking for a budget and large place to sleep in Muar, this place would be an ideal choice. The location is right smack at the centre with a lot of shops around the area and easily access to the main road. Cleanliness wise was very decent, despite given the big room, it is nothing much to complain about. Service are pretty standard. Facilities - there's no lift but there's only two floors. So if you have heavy luggage, I suggest try getting a room on the first floor."

Although the room is compact, it's very well-equipped with everything you need. A particularly thoughtful touch is the irons provided for guests in the hallways on the upper floors. "The room was quite spacious, with two double beds, a sofa, and a table. We booked a family room for four people. When we first entered, we noticed some dust on the sofa. We called the front desk, and a staff member arrived quickly to wipe down the sofa and table. We were a bit concerned and asked for the sheets to be changed, and the staff member immediately complied without a word. Since there were four adults staying, we asked for more toilet paper and shower gel, which they promptly provided. I must say, the service at this hotel is superb; they cater to every request. I will definitely stay here again next time. We bought local specialty 'Otak-otak' that needed refrigeration, but there was no fridge in the room. The front desk staff informed us that there's a freezer on the first floor, usually for durian mochi, where guests can store their items. That was excellent. The location is great. It's right near the bus terminal. We came from Larkin Sentral by bus and it was only a 5-minute walk to the hotel. There's a supermarket next to the bus terminal. If you exit the hotel and turn left, you'll find 'Glutton Street' with plenty of food options. It's also a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the nearby mural street and other attractions are all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to everyone, it's great!"

"Hotel is on the 2nd floor. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Staff at the front desk was nice and polite. The person replying to WhatsApp should not be in customer service. Room of the hotel is really small. We don’t even have space to pull out a chair. I would suggest to remove the chair altogether. There were parking lots around the hotel but you’d have to pay for parking using an app. The front desk will teach you what to do. Location of the hotel was good. Quite a lot of shops including Chagee, Starbucks, Mr DIY and many food establishments in walking distance."

"We arrived at 2pm and can early check in. Deposit rm50. The room was big 2 queen bed. Clean linen and spacious room but no refrigirator. Got aircond and fan. Tv channel also good. U can rent bycycle here and have a boat trip. Can do fishing activity. But to get to the city quit far. Can eat at Ikan Bakar Sabak Awor. Bring your own toileteris. No bidet but got water heater."
