It is clean, breakfast was nice too. Just that it is a very old building, hence kind of expect it’s like in the late 90s interior.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, extensive breakfast. We had a room where the shower wouldn't drain, but they immediately gave us a bigger, better room.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very well-maintained. Service: Warm and proactive, responsive to issues. Environment: Downstairs is a mall with a supermarket and well-known stores like Rolex and Patchi. Facilities: The temperature was cool, the air conditioning was set quite low overall. If you're sensitive to cold, you'll need a jacket.

The location is the real highlight—having direct access to the connected mall made dining and shopping effortless, and getting around the city was completely hassle-free.

The impressive oriental-style interior and spacious accommodation stood out. I loved how big the room was. It's connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access dining, snacks, and a supermarket. It feels like you're in the absolute heart of the city. The pool, however, felt small and a bit run-down for the size of the property; it would be great if it were renovated.

Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

Very good location.. staffs were very helpful and very nice. they can make  imrovement with their switches for the lights,, but all in all is recommendable.we had pleasant stays..

Located near to shopping mall and night market, easy access to city center

Wifi signal was very poor. Breakfast was below average.

The bathroom is clean, communication is good, and it's worth staying!

Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast. This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no. Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax.

Hotel location is good as its with the biggest mall in the town. and its beside the night market.

The hotel tries to be an intimate, boutique-style place, with rooms decorated in a 'royal empire' style. There are no European outlets, and what's worse, you can't even pry them open with a hairpin or anything else. The European-style breakfast is just so-so. Right in the hotel building, there's a 3-story shopping complex, but you literally can't buy ANYTHING there! There's a McDonald's and Pizza Hut nearby.
