工作人員很熱情 停車場在同一棟樓的不同入口的公共停車場裏 有點點“不友好”的是 公共停車場過夜收費是28刀 但在酒店申請要35刀 可能是有“服務”在裏面 總體還是挺好的

I don’t understand the glowing reviews & photos are definitely deceiving. I should have captured the armed security guards all over the place and the homeless drug addicts shooting up on the street. I have never been so relieved to leave Portland. What a gorgeous city overcome with homeless tent camps and sad addicts freebasing on every corner. Tried to walk a few blocks to dinner but had to Uber back in order to be safe. Thankfully we didn’t bring our children but it would have been such an education on why not to try drugs. Luckily our car was not broken in to (see past reviews) however a homeless person clearly made it onto our floor screaming at 5am since the elevator’s card reader to make it onto upper floors was not operational. We were mostly deceived by AmEx as this property was listed as a Fine Hotels property. It is not but I would say the others listed were not either (the Nines was much nicer but more addicts were down that way. Another old hotel but nice hotels in Portland are few & far between). Love this city but I will not be back until it is cleaned up and the Ritz Carlton opens. All of this said, the staff at the Duniway are doing their best with what they have to work with. We experienced great customer service, clean rooms, and comfortable rooms. The hotel desperately needs an update though. What made our stay a positive one is that we left unharmed, found some great restaurants (go to the Pearl District), and spent all day away from Portland at Hood River or the Oregon coast.

Warm and friendly staff, very comfortable stay. This is my second trip to PDX and will remain my hotel of choice. The hotel staff are very attentive and accommodating, truly exemplify the Marriott brand. Highly recommended!

The hotel facility is good overall but the service is not as good as we expected. The hotel room was prepaid but Hyatt did not update their system to show it was paid. They go back and forth and finally trip.com had to call and clarify with them.

Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

This Marriott hotel is in the best location in Portland, with all the shopping and fine dinning restaurants around. Walking distance to Food truck mall, Google display window, Muji and Pioneer Square. I will book this hotel again for future visit.

I attended a business meeting at the Hotel Zags and was consistently disappointed with their infrastructure and support. 1. I had a problem to get WiFi working on my PC. I called the 800 number. The technician said that he couldn't help me with the issue because the hotel has stopped paying for support. 2. The room where we met was consistently cold during our two days of meettings. It was almost commical to see a large room full of men in winter coats trying to keep thinkgs moving. Of course we complained multiple times and it never changed. 3. The heat in the rooms was weak. If it feels cool when you first enter the room, I suggest moving the thermostat up to 80 and go to dinner. If you're lucky it will be comfortable by bed-time. 4. When I cheked out I asked for a hardcop[y of the bill. Of course their printer was not working. 5. The one rey of sunshine was an email from them saying that they were giving out Amazon giftcards as perks for staying there. I received mine ($5 wopiee!) but when I tried to apply this minisule amount to Amazon I was told that the gift card had already been used. I logged multiple complaints with the team that sent the gift card out and NOTHING has happened. The hotel look nice - I recommend that you look past this one - especially during the winter months. One more thing - if you someone in your party has an allergey I wouldn't recommend eating there or using their conference services for food. Their attenpt fell short of what is typical from hotel or restaurants. For example, while they made me a lettus wrapped sandwich they had no gluten free chips nor dessert.
