卫生：ok，Very old hotel.

The hotel is very clean, pleasant to stay, good service staff.

房間乾淨，員工服務態度很好友善 在印度停留了一個月，這家酒店給我觀感最好 有足夠的熱水沖涼，有冰箱可以冰水 不喜歡餐廳食物的話，附近餐廳多非常方便，距離機場進 雖然在地鐵站旁（房間向外看就是地鐵站2F） 但是感覺並沒有想像中的吵雜

空港に近く、その点は非常に便利。サービスも特段問題なく、次回も機会があれば使用したいと考えている。特に空港までの無料車配送があったのが、よいポイント

値段的にも場所的にも問題なし。次回も使用する予定

The hospitality, rooms, especially food and decor (i really like the decor), everything was really good! Mr. Nimrata helped us out a lot on every concern and she explained everything with patience and reverence. I would really love to visit again!

Management is not good , 2 months payment still not received. No proper communication ,lots of issues in this hotel management,they don't care about hygiene works and arrangements how to treat guests,not recommended this hotel Rate -0 Star

I am staying in this hotel in room 407. It's good to see the stuff of house keeping just amazing. Prajwal & Umesh and the floor in charge Nabi is too good and polite.. Food department is little bit down from my side.. I wish it would be better when I come back again her... Otherwise Everything is good..

The overall experience was great at our stay in Kohinoor Continental ( Chakala). Right from the checkin wherein the process was smooth. Ms Namrata Yadav at the reception was very kind and helpful . The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety every day. Buffet Dinner was also great with lot of variety. Rooms are very well maintained . Room attendant Santosh was very helpful and efficient in his job.

Nice ambience. Good service with full hygiene. Well maintained property and spacious rooms. Food like home. The location was easily accessible. The staff service was good. Prajawal, Ramesh Singh and Naveen was very helpful nature to us.
