Hotel le Grande - Mumbai International Airport

I stayed in this hotel with my wife to catch the flight next day. The room was clean but small and expensive for the amount charged. The bathroom was ultra-small and the cleanliness was not up to the expectation. The toiletries were just okay. The service was good and the staff was friendly.

I must say it's very well maintained hotel and good rooms, ambience. Very approachable location however it's quite. It's difficult to believe that it's so close to airport. We had hosted birthday party a week ago. Big thank to Mr More for extending all support to organise fabulous birthday party. Food was awesome, service was awesome. Mr More suggested little different desert - Anjeer halva, and it was big hit amongst our guests . Child friendly staff good parking space. A one of the best location in Andheri for hosting events. Thank you team LeGrande for superb hospitality

Excellent service by the staff and great food served with lots of variety for our Skål International Mumbai South SIMS Christmas celebration hosted by Sk and Director Mohammed Nayeem Sait himself personally.. He was personally supervising the full event and his teams at the banquet were very helpful..

Though a decent hotel with its price range, but location-wise is not an ideal environment (though close to the Airport). We had booked this hotel for a superior deluxe room on 5&6 December; yet in the first place the room allotted was a small room, with sitting arrangement for one person only. The AC of the room being leaking, we complained and asked for a better room- then only the room we deserved with the booking was allotted. The room 711 was spacious with good outside view. The breakfast spread was okay. But the staff at the dinning were very hospitable - that made our stay pleaseant.

The location is good and they pick up & drop at the airport. but you may get a non-AC cab until you ask them for an AC cab. The food is worse than ever I had in any good category hotel. For breakfast I tried food items but only bread toast and fruits I take well. The mattress was in bad condition, the washbasin was broken, shower top revealed the truth. The Staff was good See pics

I don’t recommend this hotel. Price is high but service is nothing.food is so poor. Room is noisy.

There was renovations happening in the room right next door and they were drilling and hammering. The staff were lovely but the hotel is not what it appeared to be on your website. Lucky I was only needing it for the day to get some sleep from a layover but still don’t put guests in a room that is being renovated and won’t be able to sleep.

I stayed here for over a month on a long business trip so I think I can provide a comprehensive and objective review. I’ve seen some previous pretty negative reviews which do not resonate at all with my experience. So first of all is it’s close proximity to BOM airport, just 5 minutes. The hotel will provide shuttle pick-up or if you prefer just hop on an auto Ric for less than Rs100. So the hotel is situated on a relatively quiet back street next to a school and residential buildings. If you’re lucky you’ll get a room at the rear on 6th or 7th floor overlooking an undeveloped expansive green area with palm trees looking toward the BOM terminal in the distance, what’s great is to sit and watch the birds, form the crows to the numerous kits gliding on the air currents to the noisy parrots at different times of the day. As a westerner If you want to experience India and not stay in a colony with a majority of other westerners then this place is ideal, 99. % of clientele are Indian, I think i saw just 2 other Europeans in a month. The hotel provides great value for the service and costs just 25% of the major international hotels in the airport catchment area, ok it doesn’t have a pool so if that is one of your requirements look elsewhere. Food is good and great value, with a few western dishes available. The have no alcohol license because next door is a school so according to Indian law they can’t , however there is a work around. Each room has a nice cold fridge and either the hotel can arrange delivery via room service or you go out for a stroll to one of the local liquor stores and stock up on a few bottles for the fridge for when you get back from work. The staff were all helpful and polite, In particular I’d like to mention Parmesh Pillay, he’ll sort out your airport pickup, tours, alcohol delivery and he was so kind that when he heard I’d had a stomach upset he purchased a bottle of fruit syrup you mix with water to help settle. Another guy to note is Ranjit who is one of the restaurant waiters, really helpful and friendly, we watched ***y IPL games on the big screen over dinner, admittedly he could improve his English a little but he tries hard and it’s part of his charm. Oh and I forgot to mention pretty decent WiFi connectivity

I will never like to go again in this hotel. I had very bad experience of this Hotel. Even the reviews given by customers appears forge as the room size, amenities, cleanliness are below average. The food quality is extremely poor. The staff is so arrogant and did not bother at all about customer service.
