"Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you."

"We decided to book a staycation with a runaway facing room since our son loves aeroplanes. The room overall was on point and the view did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was average and since we stayed just one night, can't comment on variability of dishes. The terrace pool was clean and well maintained, however not large in size. Since there were only 2 groups of 2 guests using the pool, there was no issues. All in all, it was worth the value."

"Amazing location to the jio world convention Center, walking distance. Staff and facilities were amazing was sad I couldn’t use them more. Anand from in-room dining was so attentive to my needs helped me figure out the room when I had questions. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with all staff really taking care of what u want. "My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.  I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences: 1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating. 2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise."

"Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future."

"2-3x staying.. near to airport, though the road is always with crowded traffic, but it was well managed the best possibly by the security staffs.. checking in a little slow but ok.. Good selections of breakfast.. include Chinese option, which is nice.."
