What i appreciated the most was that the stay was clean and hygienic. Their 24/7 assistance was most appreciated since we came back to the room at around 11 30 and they were available at the reception to bill our food purchases. Would definitely stay here every-time i visit mumbai in the near future.

Property location is good, complementary breakfast is also good, but the hotel have no restaurant we have to order the food through phone and they serve the food in the room, by that our choices were limited and we are not able to taste various items. The most important is that the bed sheets and pillow covers were not washed and that is defenenitely used by other guests with a fowl smell. We use our own linen. I don't prefer this property in future.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

PPengguna Tetamuasra dormitory is a good dormitory for someone who is travel-ling solo and someone who wants properties budget friendly. One gets ac, proper bed that will accommodate up to 6ft individual. Also, the washrooms are clean and the whole property is clean.

NniaThe hospitality from this hotel is just like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s very affordable but everything in this hotel is so perfect. Today, I got gift and also chocolate because it’s Diwali. I mean it’s affordable but perfect . Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

PPengguna TetamuThis is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it.
These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place.
Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.
