Having a hospital nearby, I usually send my outstation patients (relatives) to this place for stay. A very comfortable place with good rooms, clean linen and great housekeeping. One of my favourite places is their restaurant. The food is superb and the service equally great. Starters need a special mention. Special thanks to Ms Geeta for her personal involvement and service to all the guests. The place is worth all the money they charge.

Each and every staff member of the hotel was helpful especially the housekeeping team. Overall experience is good. Just a small suggestion to look after the cleaning part of the hotel especially the staircases and outside area of the hotel.

I was booked on club class 11 pm bus from Shivamogga to Bangalore. No 9202. Near the turn under tgd Arasikere bridge an aggressive goods lorry driver came too close and hit the mirror. Now the driver was stranded with a bus load of passengers. He expertly without loosing his cool, managed to call other bus drivers who were on the route and aranged for passengers to move to the other buses! Shold i say my respect for State run KSRTC has increased multifold! Yes it was a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night but I experienced compassion and humility by the drivers and their seemless coordibation!! Well done drivers!! KSRTC hope you are listening and will not penalise the driver for no fault of his!! 2:37 am 25-5-22

The hotel restaurant is non air conditioned, outside the main building. It is in fact in open space, covered on top by artificial coverings. Few pedestal fans and desert coolers placed at few corners, which are very much insufficient for Bombay weather. The Breakfast was not worthy. The lobby is very small, hardly any space or privacy to sit with guests. The hotel did not allow our guest couple to come inside our room. The hotel did not provide cutlery (Plate and spoon) into our room on demand. The hotel refused to provide wifi password saying it was not free. The hotel refused to provide computer facility to download Boarding pass for our return flight, saying they do not have a computer. The reception staff were rude. Imagine, they say its a four star hotel
