Pretty nice hotel. For a 4 star hotel it is definitely about same level as some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai at half the price. Lots of freebees throw in too. Good location near the airport. One slight bad thing would be the soundproof of the room is not that good.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

This is a rather delayed review but very much worth mentioning. I had been quarantined in the Mirador for 14 days and must say, I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Kunjan (who is with the Banquets department and known to us due to my wife and I regularly visiting The Mirador in the past as well) used to keep in touch on a regular basis to personally oversee if I was having a comfortable stay. Worth mentioning is also Mr. Shaikh Faiz (Outlet ***ager) who was very cordial and accepted my request for Conti food instead of Indian meals. Chef Kamlesh Salve and Chef Pratap need special mention. They cooked up the best grilled chicken, grilled fish and grilled club sandwiches that I have ever had. The silver lining was the Mushroom and garlic sauce that accompanied my grilled food...it’s the best sauce I have eaten in ages. All in all, I had an awesome quarantine thanks to the above and combined efforts of the housekeeping and room service team as well. Each and every Mirador staff member that took care of me need mention of adjectives like: extremely polite, proactive, patient, intuitive and prompt. The above experience speaks volumes of the great Team that the Mirador has. Food was hot, Indian meals were spiced well, flavourful & simple but were a tad spicy for my palate so I opted for the Conti option which was just out of this world. The veggies were grilled to a perfect crunch, grilled chicken was the softest and juiciest ever, and the Mushroom and Garlic sauce was unparalleled. The food was wholesome and quality big even for a heavy eater. The room was neat, well furnished and well stocked with replenishments given every day. Service was awesome. I would recommend The Mirador to everyone for the 5 star experience that we have always had with them.

KK was great from check in to getting us to the Airport. Very helpful staff and place isn't bad for the cost. Ideal one night stop if you have an early flight. I have rated it excellent not for the rooms but for the staff (KK) service provided. Rooms are ok and facilities are also ok. Very close to the airport and looks like a busy area for local shopping. KK made the stay pleasant for us and would stay again. Not necessarily 4 star hotel but definitely good service for what it costs.

Me and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.

I was looking for a place to stay in Mumbai before I catch an early morning flight. My criteria was value for money, economical and near to T2 terminal. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting Hotel Jyoti Dwelling. This hotel ticked every criteria on my list. Located just 10-15 mins from T2, this hotel offers great connectivity to the rest of the city. The hotel is clean,hygienic and has the courteous staff. They have an in house restaurant and gym. Room was spacious, well maintained with all modern amenities. Bathroom was also clean and hygienic. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall my 12 hrs stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely consider this hotel for my future visits in Mumbai.

I was visiting for work for 1 night and hence requested an early check as I had to leave for work by 12pm. Deespite confirming twice on xall with Aditya (who was very courteous) at check in, I was greeted with rudeness from Mr.Khaitan, as if he was doung a personal favor to me if he gave my a room in time. He did give the room but the rudeness is not called for in the hospitality industry. Then, I was allotted possibly the worst room in the hotel. After the swanky lobby, the dilapidated floorboards and broken tiles (see photos) made me feel like a pesky beggar being given unwanted items. Room was given in 1st floor so view was bad too. From the time I left for work at 12pm to when I returned at 11pm they did not even bother to clean my room. I did not order in room dining but the breakfast was fine. Limited options but good taste with good service. For the 4k+/night tariff range I will look for other better options next time.
