Hotel berhampiran Ram Mandir, Mumbai

The staff was very polite and prompt with the hospitality. We were not expecting a higher level room because of our last moment booking but, we were offered a room on the 31st floor which had a breathtaking view of the city and it was beautiful to sit by the window during sunsets and sunrise as you can see both the city and the national park on the opposite side. The rooms are huge and well planned with adequate furniture to work and relax. The room service was quick and nice, and the food quality is top-notch! A great experience overall and I would highly recommend booking with them for your stay!

As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

Everything about this place is so wonderful. I love how this place reminds me of Hawa Mahal. Every inch of this hotel is art. Especially, the ceiling at the restaurant. I am going to stay in this hotel again this month. Very recommended

We were there at 24/7 to celebrate birthday. The buffet dinner experience was great. So many dishes for each course, each of us had their favourite. The softest paneer Tikka that I ever had was served. Staff as always made us feel comfortable. The restaurant has fantastic ambience.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

The Italian restaurant very good the service also very good nothing can go wrong out here.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Everything is good, the ambience, hospitality, and the customer care and responsiveness. The spread of breakfast and dinner also good. The facilities in the room are good. The quality of the food items are good. The staff are very cooperative.
