I recently had an exceptional stay at Taj Land's End. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views made it a truly memorable experience. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for an indulgent and delightful stay.

A big size midern hotel in the midway between the airport and the tourist attractions such as Gate of India… Good breakfast and fast front office service. Outside the hotel too ***y mosquitos ( clouds ) at night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

Fairfield by Marriott is a relatively new hotel, approximately two years old. The rooms, while slightly compact, are still comfortable and well-suited for an airport hotel. One of the highlights of the hotel is the captivating view of airplanes taking off and landing. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a delightful variety of dishes, and the staff is consistently eager to provide excellent service.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were good as well. The bedsheets were a little dirty from the edges and so were the pillows which we had to get changed after calling the hotel reception. One of the biggest advantage is how close the hotel is to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Mumbai international airport. We could stay till late and then get to the airpot on time as well. So overall it was good.

I would say it’s one of the best location in Mumbai to stay. Sea view room was amazing with a view of marine drive. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety!

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

Staying at The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and catered to every need with a smile. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the amenities, was impeccable. Dining at their restaurants was a highlight – each meal was a culinary delight, especially at the Sea Lounge. The location is prime, allowing easy access to key landmarks in South Mumbai. Whether for a leisurely stay or a business trip, The Taj Mahal Tower offers a five-star experience with a timeless charm. I look forward to returning
