Rating: 4.5 out of 5 👍 Pros: Efficient Staff: From reservation to checkout, the entire staff was always smiling, efficient, and helpful. A well trained team. Not the trainee types one very often see in the 5 stars. During this same trip we had a lunch at the Lotus Cafe in JW Marriot Juhu and the service was pathetic for double the price. Stunning Interiors: The room, bathroom, and restaurant were beautifully done up. Spotless Housekeeping: Attention to detail and daily evening snacks made our stay delightful. Exceptional Restaurant: The food was very tasty and well presented, even with the separate menu from our room package. 👎 Cons: Compact Space: The lobby, corridors, and lifts were small. Noisy AC: Our room’s AC was old and noisy, making it challenging to find the right setting. Sheets and Pillows: The bed sheets could be whiter and crisper, and the pillows softer. Room Location: Room 207 was next to the housekeeping store, causing daytime noise. Limited Views: Windows had to be always shut, offering no outside view. 🌴 Overall Experience: Despite these minor drawbacks, our stay was fantastic. We stumbled upon this gem when Taj Lands End was fully booked. Highly recommended! 🌟

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office manager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the manager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

A FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH AN AMAZINGLY DELIGHTFUL STAFF ALSO THE LOUNGE THOUGH EXPENSIVE BUT ONE NIGHT SITTING THERE AND ENJOYING THE BEACH IS WORTH THE THE TRY . DRINKS IF YOU BUY FROM THE LOUNGE OR TAKE HELP FROM THE MINIBAR IT COSTS IMMENSE MAYBE 10 TIMES MORE THE RETAIL PRICE FACILITIES IN THE ROOM IS JUST AWESOME..... AND LOCATION WISE ITS JUST FANTASTIC..... WORTH STAYING COMING HERE AGAIN

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque ***tiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.
