The service provided by the hotel was pretty good. but unfortunately the location was very difficult especially for people who does not have a car. it takes around 1200 yen from Kokura to this hotel, not to mention the amount of time needed to travel from one place to another(1.5 hours). however, the onsen was pretty great and the shampoo bar and the ammenities provided by the hotel at the onsen was very accommodating. the game section and the table tennis was also very fun. be careful when trying to eat anywhere near the hotel though, because there’s nothing near the hotel.

Since we had three children with us, we chose a Japanese-style room. It was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities were all there, so we were very grateful. We were surprised to see that the view outside the curtains was entirely solar panels, but it's fine if you don't want to worry about other people seeing you. The hot spring was also spacious and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

If you are coming to the beach for vacation, it is a very good choice. It is very close to the beach, the environment is excellent, and the outdoor swimming pool is also a favorite of children. If you want to see more of Fukuoka, I don’t recommend staying here. It’s too far from the city center.

The hotel room environment is very beautiful, with an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor hot spring. It feels like it should be in a village. There are wild boars. The Japanese-style room can accommodate 4 people.

I stayed without meals, so I'm not sure about the meals. The hot springs were also unusable due to a broken pipe. It turned out to be a normal public bath, but it wasn't particularly bad. However, the negative points were that the tatami debris got on my clothes, there were no sheets on the comforter, and that it was a mattress instead of a futon. Maybe it's worth the price though.

Since it was summer vacation, the pool and breakfast area were very crowded. I wanted to use the massage machine, but the person who was sleeping didn't move for a long time and it was left unattended so I couldn't use it at all.

The dinner buffet at this hotel is the most expensive and worst we have ever had in Japan. When we went for dinner at 7:30pm, most of the dishes were already empty. Nothing special either. The price for two large and one small is over 16,000 yen. I can only fill my stomach in a hurry. There is a big gap between the price of breakfast (more than 3,000 yen for adults and more than 2,000 yen for children) and the price on Ctrip.com (you only need to pay more than 1,000 yen). We arrived at the breakfast area at 8:30 in the morning and found that most of the plates had been cleared. There is nothing left. I suggest you not to go to this hotel again. If there is no village in front of the hotel, there will be no store. It takes 15 minutes to walk to a convenience store. Not near the sea, not at all…

If you are staying in the hotel, remember to take the hotel's free shuttle bus, otherwise travel will be expensive and inconvenient. I only found out on the last day...

Room is big than i guess. So many tourist stay here. The pubilc bathroom was crowded but funny. 😄

Located about 10 minutes by car from Hetsumiya, just off National Route 495, this large hotel has a banquet hall, restaurant, chapel, pool, etc. The building itself is old but well maintained. This time I stayed in a twin Western-style room for single use. The room was spacious and there was a mini sofa, table and chairs by the window. The unit bath was small but it was fine as I was using the large public bath. I chose the work clothes that were provided in the elevator hall on each floor for room wear. There are no alcohol vending machines, so you have to buy alcohol at the souvenir shop in the lobby on the first floor, but the opening time is 9pm, so if you are drinking in your room, you need to buy it in advance. By the way, there is a convenience store near the hotel, but no restaurants, so unless you plan to eat out for dinner by car, it is recommended that you choose a plan that includes dinner. The large public bath is on the second floor, and the changing room has about 100 lockers and about 50 changing baskets. There are about 20 washing areas in the bathroom, the indoor bath is large and can accommodate more than 10 people, and although it is not very large, there is a sauna and a cold bath. The open-air bath is a rock bath type that can accommodate about 5 people. Breakfast was served in the banquet room on the first floor, and included a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet, with fish burgers and curry in addition to stewed fish and rice bowls. It was a hectic night, but I was able to spend it comfortably.

I stayed here because I was comfortable in a spacious Western-style room and was looking forward to the breakfast and dinner buffets. I was very satisfied with the food that can only be enjoyed at this hotel, including Munakata local cuisine, crab, and sea bream chazuke. Unfortunately, however, the hotel was completely renovated in July of this year, and the food was really disappointing, just like other hotels that look stylish at first glance. I really hope that this hotel will be more like Munakata and not like other city hotels in urban areas.
