Hotel berhampiran Christliche Gemeinde B1, Munich

I chose the hotel based on its location, the hotel located just 20 minutes by foot from the bus station and old town. It’s a budget hotel so you shouldn’t expect much, however everything was nice for it’s price: friendly staff, a clean room, nice breakfast. There was only one bottle of water for two people and no toiletries (only all-in-one gel) so make sure to bring your own. It was a big noise at day and in the evening, but at night nothing bothered me. Overall I would say that it’s pretty nice hotel for a short trip.

The front reception staff were amazing. They helped to ensure that my family and I had settled in well into the hotel. They provided tips on travel around Munich and the key spots to visit in our short stay in the city. The room was very clean. Everything was working well. The housekeeping staff were always smiling, and providing help when required. We needed extrat pillows, and it was provided within minutes of our request. Excellent service standard! The location of the hotel at the doorstep (10m) from the Train statin, made it so much easier to move around the city with various transport means. Short walk to the main shopping and christmas market spots. Excellent choice. We will be back again. Cheers!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A&O Laim and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way, making my trip to Munich truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The modern decor and cozy ambiance instantly put me at ease, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. With a wide variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty eggs and breads, there was something to satisfy every palate. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations, whether it was suggesting local restaurants or providing directions to nearby attractions. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel was old, but maintained. The area is excellent with the main station next to it. If you're coming by plane, prefer to come to the hotel by the Lufthansa bus., which stops outside it. The breakfast nothing special.

Que se puede esperar de un hotel que en las fotos de presentación solo hay floreros , pues nada . Al hotel le quitaría una estrella porque le sobra , más que un hotel es un hostal . Todo estaba roto o estropeado . El desayuno penoso tuvimos que ir a comprar cosas para poder desayunar ya que había cuatro cosas básicas . Pan tierno , un poco de embutido , frutas en piezas tres diferentes , agua y un café malo . Las habitaciones no tenia grifo en el lavabo de agua fría solo salía agua hirviendo , tenían cortinas en vez de mamparas . Las camas no tenían sabanas , ni bajeras ni mantas , solo un edredón para echarnos por encima . Menos mal que la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no hubiera sido todavía peor . Les pedimos unas sabanas para que nos dejaran y nos dijeron que si pero cuando llegamos por la noche no nos han dejado nada . La recepción del hotel cerraba a las 10 de la noche y tenias que tener tu propia llave para entrar en el edificio. Las mujeres que llevaban el bufé del desayuno eran muy estupidas no te hacían caso y solo chillaban y hacían aspavientos con las manos para que nos apartásemos de su lado . Lo único que estaba bien es la ubicación pegado a la estación de tren y a unos 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad . Yo no lo recomendaría a nadie . Cuando dejamos las maletas hasta por la tarde porque no salía nuestro vuelo, nos las dejaron an la misma recepción si estar guardadas en una habitación cono en otros hoteles

Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

The best experience ever. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Would definitely stay only here in munich and highly recommend it.

Very accommodating place. Great room product and absolutley spotless. F&B concept is sound and you need to try the Pizza, really delicious. On top the fun area is real fun, for young and old. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thank you to the entire team. Very friendly and attached.

Super hotel, Great location, near to metro, bus station and fast connection to the center of Munich, Brekfast that offer different choise of food, New, modern, Good isolation between the rooms, Comfortable bed/matress, air condition thst works so good

أسوء تجربه مرت علي حطوني في غرفة مقابله للمواقف ومنطقة التحميل والتنزيل للخدمات حقت الاوتيل والشاحنه توقف حرفيا امام نافذتك ولما تتشكي من الازعاج يقولون عادي ٥ دقايق مراح تطول وهي تجلس اكثر من ٣٠ دقيقه وهالشي يحصل كل يوم واوقات بالليل واوقات بالنهار ولما اشتكيت قالوا مافيه امكانية نبدل الغرفة وراح نحاول نشوف لك غرفه اخرى لما تفضى غرف بكرى ولم يتم تغير الغرفه رغم انها كل يوم اشوف ناس تسجل خروج وفي اليوم التالي اصحى ٧ الصبح على الشاحنة واقفه على شباكي وانواع الازعاج والتخبيط! وايضا العزل سيء في الغرف راح تسمع اي ازعاج في الغرف المجاوره ومن زود البجاحه يقدمون خمور في بار اللوبي واسمع انواع الازعاج في الاسياب خصوصا في نهاية الاسبوع! Wort stay ever you well woke at 7:00 AM Saturday to find a truck making so much noise in front of your window! and they will not do anything about it!(one in reception told me it’s just 5 min!!!! So I have to accept that noise! Although that truck stayed there for 30 min at least! and it happened before in the night and they told me this truck will not come again especially at the weekend but they lied to my!) And they promised me to change my room when they got any availability but nothing happened (Although I saw a lot of people checking out!) And the insulation between the rooms is very bad. And the drink people making so much noise and trouble in the lobby & hotel floors and no one to control them especially at the weekends!
