酒店在一個寧靜的社區，入口有點小，所以開車很容易會錯過進入的入口，但進去後覺得環境和停車場都不錯。房間和床都不錯，還有個陽台，很舒服。 優點：房間大，環境舒適。早餐很好吃！早餐的服務人員也很好！ 缺點：洗手枱太小 用起來不方便，而且浴室沒有完全乾濕分離，排水好差，洗澡的時候水一度湧出來。前台有一個女的態度一般般。

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, outstanding staff and service. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Munich. Location is also very good, as it is close to the city center but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Complimentary breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a great variety.

This boutique hotel is located in a residential suburb of Munich. There is a 10 minute walk to the metro (12 stops to the central train station, no need to change). Taxi from center to the hotel costs about 30 euros. There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel (which is in the end of an alley). Suite was spacious and there is plenty of closet space. Big balcony. Air-conditioning in both bedroom and living room. Good bed, separate blankets. Shower without a door. Breakfast was good. This is rather good option, if you have a car. Short and easy way to the airport.

Just spent 3 wonderful nights here. As another review said it is a little out from the centre but that suited us nicely. Is a 15 minute walk from Moosfeld station (pretty much a straight line). Staff were lovely and friendly room huge had a kitchen area fridge and balcony. Comfy bed nice shower and air con rooms. Breakfast buffet included was great and a nice bonus and was very sad to leave. Will definitely stay again if we get the honour of returning to Munich.

I think as a visitor to Munich you have a choice. Kreis Residenz is a fantastic hotel, as clean and friendly as you could find anywhere. The staff go out of their way for you and everything is excellent. Now things to consider- the Hotel dosn't have a bar and you cannot eat here. The only place to can eat is a hotel done the road and the food is not that good. So to eat you need to eat in Munich centre. it will take you 15-20 mins to walk to the U Bahn and then 35-45 mins to get to Munich. So if you are happy to commute pick this hotel it is well priced, well managed, clean and eveything you want a hotel to be. If want you food on your doorstep and not commute then this is not the hotel for you.

This was an awful experience. We had to stop in Munich for 1 night before our flight and booked 2 executive rooms for 3 adults and 2 children by Agoda 1 month before out accomodation. We were late and tired after a long trip to hotel and arrived around 9pm. The lady greeted us, asked for passports and then she told us that our reservation information in their system was for 2 adults and 2 children. I opened Agoda reservation page and showed her that our reservation was for 3 adults and 2 children. What would you expect after that? She could have talked with Agoda or any other travel company and would solve the issue. However, she called her boss with telephone and we heard an angry voice that we had to do it by ourselves and we had to pay for "extra" person. She gave her telephone to me and wanted me to talk with her boss. She was too angry for some reason I dont know. She talked with me with a loud tone and told me that she only knows booking and enterprise as travel companies, she has no idea what Agoda was and forced me to talk with Agoda and solve the issue with them and told it was not of her business. Agoda was difficult to reach, so I paid the extra money. One of the rooms was full of heavy food smoke probably from the previous guest, we had to open all windows in cold weather and had to go to city center. The bottomline is this was a simple issue, the money was not important but the way they behaved us was inappropriate.

We booked a room for 1 night to stay for my family (3 adults and 2 children). At the check in, the hotel receptionist dont agree with the infl, denies the reservation was done for 5 rather they insisted on that the reservation was done for 4 people. And they want us to pay more to stay overnight. They forced us rudely to do that. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes in the reception with my kids. The hotel management was ridiculously rude. I travel really so often, bur this is the first time that I treated so. It was so unfortunate. Be careful when you are going to Munich and be careful that you dont make any reservation from Kreis Residenz.

This is among the best hotels I've stayed at, and that is saying something. Spacious, comfortable rooms w/a very good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Everyone from Dan, the owner, to Kevin, his son to Emmanuel and Sami at the front desk were so friendly & helpful. This is my go-to place to stay in München

Excellent family-run hotel in a convenient location at great rates. Rooms are very comfortable, A/C and large patios are a big plus. The service is excellent - family is very dedicated, hardworking and are super accommodating. Staff is equally hard working and very friendly. Plenty of free parking, big rooms with full kitchens. Highly recommend and will be coming back myself at some point.

Very nicely furnished hotel room. All the fittings are new and modern and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Outside of the city centre but the hotel isn’t far from S-Bahn & U-Bath stations Would stay again

Wir waren für 3 Tage in München. Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Netter Empfang, sehr netter Service beim Frühstück und sehr international. Superbequeme Betten und ein tolles Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ca. 850 Meter bis zur nächsten U Bahn Station. Von da aus 15 Min. bis zur City.

Es una estupendo hotel, el personal muy amable y servicial. Lso departamentos son amlios muy bien amoblados con opcion para que te puedas comer algon en la noche, baño amplio. Tiene estacionamiento en la planta baja. El desayuno es increible, muy variado, bien atendido, es perfecto para iniciar el dia. Esta a 20 minutos del metro, queda un poco lejos

Stonierungsgebühr 5 Tage vor Buchung von 100%!!! Ich habe ganze 8 Stunden zu spät stoniert. Absolute Abzocke und nicht zu empfehlen. Das Gebühren bei einer Stonierung anfallen, ist heutzutage normal. Allerdings erlebe ich heute das erste mal, dass ein Hotel 100% der Gebühren verlangt. FINGER WEG!!!!
