I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The hotel's ambiance was both inviting and stylish, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any request or question, and their genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. Central location in Munich, great check-in times, 1 minute from the tram. You don't need anything more.

It's about 3 tram stops from Munich Station. It's a little far away, but it's not noisy, so that's good. The staff are very kind. They kindly gave me the Wi-Fi password, and when I bought food from outside, they gave me a fork and spoon.

Very horrible room, ridiculously small, horribly old facilities, poor soundproofing, you can hear everything in the corridor and outside the window, the bathroom stinks, all the usual hotel facilities are not provided (such as hair dryer), there are cockroaches on the bed. Advice to everyone: Don't stay in this hotel! Don't stay in this hotel! Don't stay in this hotel!
