The location is the best. The wifi is very slow. The room was very clean but the bathrooom drain is somewhat clogged up. The staff were friendly and approachable. They speak both english and Deutsch.

Someone knocked on my door and its creeped me up. Told the front desk but nothing is done. He told me there is no camera. Security is not good. I paid for the buffet breakfast which worth 14 euro.The breakfast lady told me that she do not have enough eggs for 10 ppl so i was not allows to take so mamy eggs. She comments that I did not finished the egg yolk. After that she asked to take away 3 eggs from my table. I was not happy and lost my appetitie. This is a breakfast buffet and I was restricted on the no of eggs to be eaten? If you ever come to this hotel, please do not be fool by the buffet which cost 14 euro. I will not recommended this hotel.

It’s near and convenient to the central train station which we were looking for. If you are not a nature lover, please note not to stay on the highest floor as you will be woken up by pigeons by the roof top. The hotel is nice for us to store our luggages so we can still enjoy the city for half a day before heading to the airport in the late afternoon. A price worthy for the stay and very clean room with basic needs all met.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Munich's train and bus station.

Rooms are new and clean, comfy beds and great facilities. Only problem is the wifi. Depending on where your room is. First 2 nights got a corner attic room and couldnt get the wifi at all, in fact i had to connect to the wifi of the hotel loewe which is ridiculous because that hotel wifi router is further than the router of the hotel. Feel like im not the only one who complained about it. Also, if you arrive after 11pm, you have to go to the partner hostel on the other street just to get the passcode to enter. I dont understand why they cant email or message us the code, its just a 4 digit number. Have contacted trip.com customer to call them to check and they said no alternative.. Unique to each customer yes, but not like we're going to share the code with people we're travelling with? Need a better system for this

Single room, plenty of space. But there is a problem that there is no WiFi when living on the fifth floor.

It was a terrible experience! If it weren’t for the location, I wouldn’t even have booked this place! At first glance, the exterior of the hotel already left me a bad impression as it looked really old and sketchy. We went inside expecting to be checked in immediately, which did not happen. We waited inside for 20 minutes until someone finally appeared at the reception. We went into our room and it looked nothing like the photos. It was cramped and dirty. The floors had some mysterious white spots and had a lot of dust around the corners. The wall had a dead fly stuck to it. But what really triggered me was the pungent smell in the bathroom! It not only looked terrible, but also smelt like towels soaked in piss and cigarette smoke! I physically couldn’t use the bathroom without holding my breath. The shower stall was really tiny as well, and the fact that the sink started leaking really pissed me off! We had to place a trash can underneath it as the water kept dripping! I really thought it couldn’t get worse, but it did! The windows were painted with bird **** and the walls are probably made of cardboard! Because you hear everything in the room next to you! In conclusion, for the price of this hotel it was really a disappointing experience.

The wifi is pretty bad. Only 1 lift in the building and can be quite painful if you are rushing the morning checkout to board the morning Flight or train.

The hotel's location is very close to the train station. It's a very simple hotel, and the rooms are quite basic, but spacious. The transportation is convenient, and the breakfast was unexpectedly good, even coming with tablecloths!

Very close to the train station, but I'd recommend avoiding rooms facing the street.

Easy walk from the Munich Central Train Station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room is quiet, has air conditioning, toilet, bathroom and a kettle to make hot drinks. The floor was slightly dusty but otherwise quite clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient, but the room was too small.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. It’s right in the centre of town a few minutes walk to the main train station. Check-in was easy and breeze at the staff were excellent. The room was very well maintained with a bottle of water and tea and coffee facilities. Water was hot in the shower and the Aircon was working throughout my time there. If the only negative was the Wi-Fi which wasn’t the strongest so I use the free Wi-Fi from the Hotel next door.
