Das Bett ist sehr niedrig.., nicht super bequem.. Es war ein großes Problem, dass es am frühen Morgen kein heisses Wasser aus der Hahn Floß🥶😬😬... für den Start in den Tag nicht optimal!! Habe wahrscheinlich ca.20 min laufen lassen gehabt- aber trotzdem keine Dusche möglich gewesen😬

This is a good alternative to an ordinary hotel, as each room has its own kitchenette. I think that's where the positives end. The hotel is near a busy highway, and the window in my room did not shut properly, meaning I could hear the road all night. There are some issues with cleanliness. My toilet had a suspicious "present" in it upon arrival, and there were someone else's hairs on the shelf. I have pictures of these but still spare you.

Overall, this place is fine as an aparthotel - an alternative to the business hotels nearby. The automated check-in was pretty annoying, as the system claimed my room was unavailable (despite being after the check-in time), only working on the third attempt. There are some maintenance issues - the basin didn't drain because it was full of hair, and the shower drain smelled bad. The room was quite stuffy / airless, despite trying to get ventilation from the window. The mattress is more like a futon.

This is a service apt in the tech area(Microsoft, IBM, Amazon etc) with front desk support available during business hours. Easier to contact with WhatsApp as well. First time to Munich. Alexandra at front desk was super nice & amazingly helpful. She took time to go over the place, showed how to recreate keys & let us check in early. Kudos to her, my trip to Munich had a great start. Thanks Alexandra!!!

Great place for a short or long stay.

Unclean toilet. Bed bugs I came back with so much rashes all around my back and legs.

We stayed here during Oktoberfest 2022, these apar**ents were chosen because of the cost & the fact it was within walking distance to a U Bahn & a tram line (Most hotels were coming up at £1K+ for the 5 nights we were here & we would be spending most of the time out anyway) Firstly, the online check in via the app is really easy to do, my only issue is it said I could check in from 2pm, where *********** said 3pm (*********** was correct) however there is free Wi-Fi & a coffee machine in the lobby if you need to kill some time before check in. Getting the room keys was very easy, we were able to complete it ourselves via the self check in by the main entrance, the lifts are all key carded & you need the pin code to access the building after a certain time (adds a little extra security) You are right next to the Munich - Berlin autobahn, however even with our window open all night you heard no traffic at all. The room is a decent size & could easily fit a bigger bed (we had a UK double (which is 4ft 6” wide) - a UK King (5ft) would of made the sleep slightly more enjoyable) The pillows are terrible, very squishy and practically flatten when you put your head on them. The kitchenette has everything you need to make a quick meal, then espresso coffee maker is a nice touch. The bathroom is good, decent lighting & decent pressure from the shower (which is sometimes a rarity!) BUT the glass door that doesn’t have a lock & the mostly frosted glass for ‘discretion’ is a big design flaw in my eyes - There is practically no privacy when it’s in use! Ideal for Solo or Business travel

I stayed in 2 rooms in this place . One was at the rear and was pretty ok noise pollution wise .. The front wasn’t . Reason being ? The end of the Bundesautobahn 9 is outside !!! I didn’t sleep well at the front side . Ok stay other than that .
