100% the worst hotel I have stayed in. Upon arriving at the hotel the staff were not the most welcoming and upon arriving at our room it was clear it was basic and no amenities at all ( 1 pillow and a thin duvet), lighting was dingy and bathroom very basic. Unfortunately the room next to us ruined our stay. Screaming and shouting all night, as well as a strong smell of tobacco seeping through our room. The welcoming booklet advises that reception is manned 24 hours a day. This is not true. We were awoken at 02:30 am so we went down to reception to complain about the noise, and reception was locked with the lights off. The following morning we went to to reception and complained about the noise all night. This was not resolved. staff did not offer any help and we are highly disappointed. would not recommend this stay at all. We will not be visiting again.

What surprised me the most is how easy is it to enter the hotel at night when the reception is closed. No card or key to unlock the main entrance door at night. Anyone can waltz in easily and explore the hotel (or find secluded place to sleep). I wasn't happy when I was assigned to a room in close proximity of the outdoor fire escape staircase. No sheer curtains to shield the prying eyes from peeking into my room. The blinds inside the windows are difficult to modulate to get right. At night, I could smell the hefty amount of cigarette smoke wafting in my room through the slightly-opened windows, forcing me to shut the windows. I didn't sleep well due to the stifling air. The dead bolt functions only on the hallway side, but not the room side. I don't know why I couldn't turn the dead bolt on the room side. I lodged the chair's back against the door at night for the "extra protection". The shower stall has no shelf for me to put my shampoo and such, forcing me to put them elsewhere outside the shower stall. The breakfast was dismal. The boiled eggs were already cold (it was 08.00 when I had the breakfast). Not much amount or selection of fresh fruits. I could spend €9 on a better breakfast at the bakery nearby. When I mentioned the cigarette smoking and noise from the fire escape staircase, the receptionist apologised weakly and didn't do anything to rectify it.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti al prezzo di 560€,ci aspettavamo per questo prezzo un servizio impeccabile come minimo. Dopo essere tornate in camera abbiamo trovato un letto fatto e l’altro no, probabilmente la signorina delle pulizie si è offesa per l’asciugamano sul letto, troppo difficile da spostare. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati anche se usati e messi per terra. Non torneremo mai più, oltre alla maleducazione del personale i muri sono fini e abbiamo sentito gente fare le loro cose tutta la notte. Il letto fatto aveva un capello e una ciglia. Se avete voglia di passare dei bei momenti non prenotate mai qui.

Hotel in una posizione comoda e silenziosa non molto distante dal centro 10 minuti a piedi per prendere la metro che ti porta dritto in centro. I pro: - letto comodo - silenzioso - posizione tranquilla e pratica - personale gentile Basterebbe poco per migliorare l’hotel - 2 decorazioni - attenzione al cliente in più - frigorifero in camera - delle tende oscuranti. Con questi accorgimenti ed una colazione inclusa sarebbe davvero il massimo.

Mia figlia aveva prenotato per me per 9 giorni, quando sono arrivata sono entrata in camera e sono rimasta sorpresa dalla piccolissima dimensione per non parlare del bagno con un lavabo per bambini. nonostante tutto avendo fretta per un appuntamento ho soprasseduto. Ho lasciato la valigia senza disfarla e sono andata via. Quando sono rientrata in serata ho alzato il piumone,che normalmente lasciano piegato ai piedi del letto, ed ho trovato la prima sorpresa , peli pubici sul lenzuolo, macchie di sangue e animali che ci camminavano sul letto (non erano zanzare) Aria irrespirabile, una puzza di fogna da vomito. Sono scesa alla reception ma nessuno mi ha risposto nonostante avessi più volte bussato. Ovviamente non ho minimamente pensato di mettermi sul letto e non ho toccato neanche gli asciugamani. La mattina dopo ho chiesto alla persona alla reception di venire a vedere lo schifo che avevo trovato in camera e gli ho comunicato che sarei andata via e non sarei rimasta un minuto di più e non intendevo cambiare camera visto anche una sorta di dermatite che mi era uscito sul viso. Non parlando tedesco ho riferito al proprietario che sarebbe passata mia figlia per sistemare la questione economica Beh questa persona si è giustificata dicendo che essendo estate era normale trovare “moschitos” e si è rifiutato di rimborsare gli 8 giorni rimanenti. Dopo una discussione ha rimborsato solo 5 degli 8 giorni trattenendo ingiustamente la cifra equivalente agli 3.

Está catalogado como 3*. Pero lamentablemente (para nosotros) no es así, y lo haremos saber en todos los medios, booking, redes sociales, etc. He estado en hoteles en la selva mejor mantenidos que este. Las paredes y techos no se pintan desde hace siglos. Las arañas de todos los tamaños llevan pulsera de T.I. ¿veis el aire acondicionado en el techo? Pues no!!! no hay aire... ni ventilador, ni nada, abre la puerta y que corra el aire. ¿veis el pestillo de la puerta? Pues nó, tampoco se puede cerrar con llave, solo con el resvalón... los muebles, mesa, wc, etc... están desportillados (fotos) y te enganchas la ropa, etc. NO NOS HAN LIMPIADO la habitacion (estamos 3 habitaciones 2 noches...) Cuando pedimos explicaciones de por que no se han limpiado las habitaciones... que mañana ya si eso preguntemos a los de la mañana... pedimos toallas aunque sea... para ducharnos... pues tampoco... tenemos que montar el pollo (cosa que no me gusta pero si hay que hacerlo se hace) después de 20 minutos de idiomas por aquí y por allá... nos dan las toallas limpias para poder ducharnos. Seguramente me falten detalles que decir... la señora que nos atendió es de cierta edad y muy amable... hasta las 21:30 que es cuando se convierte... En fin... que si decides quedarte en este hotel (pensión) SUERTE...
