Satisfied! The male front desk staff was especially superb, warm, thoughtful, meticulous, and sincere! Truly excellent 👍! The male staff didn't refuse our early check-in even though we arrived early (he was concerned if my child was tired 💤!).

Stayed here for one night. The location is fantastic — just a few steps from Munich main train station, and the price is very fair. To be honest, both receptionists were the most hospitable staff I’ve ever met in a hotel in Germany: very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The hotel also provides disposable slippers and bottled water, which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. Breakfast is included in the price — with a croissant and coffee of your choice, which is amazing. The room could be a bit cleaner, as I noticed several hairs that might have been left by the previous guest, and the area was a bit noisy. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay — it’s a great option for a short stay or just one night, and I would consider coming back if I need a short stay in Munich again.

perfect place from which to explore Munich. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff.

Overall Ok. Room rate was very reasonable but we were charged Euro 23 for parking and our room was located on the ground floor, the parking lot was next to our window. We arrived rather late after visiting the Mercedes Benz Museum and decided to have our dinner at the hotel’s bar & restaurant. Food and service were good.

Had a great stay at Bayer's. Apartment has all the necessary amenities and near central train station which makes it very convenient.

The apartment is located near the train terminal and is less than a 5 minute walk away, making it easy to take the metro, train or to the airport. As for the main attractions are also accessible in less than 20 minutes walk. The apartment unit is very large, with a single bedroom queen bed for 2 people and another 3 single beds in the living room. The unit is located on the 4th floor with a good view, there are several supermarkets nearby, it is very convenient to purchase items and cook yourself. This stay purchased breakfast, although not buffet, but the value for money is not bad, is provided by the downstairs cafe, worth a try.

The location is great, within walking distance of the old town and the surrounding area is bustling. There's no air conditioning, so it can be noisy with the windows open. The bathroom is in the bedroom. Overall, it's nice. There's a small balcony, but it's not very useful. It's better to book a superior room, which doesn't have a balcony but is larger and cheaper. The hotel recommends parking nearby for €29 per day, but it doesn't accommodate a seven-seater car.

The soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear sirens outside, and the early morning construction kept me awake. The yogurt, eggs, and warm tea served for breakfast were nice. However, I don't think I'd choose the breakfast.

The location is very good, close to the train station, convenient for travel.

We booked a family apartment, which is nearly 50 square meters. It is very spacious, bright and comfortable. All items are neatly arranged and well thought out. This is the first time I see such a large ironing board and iron. The kitchen is also fully equipped with utensils. It would be even better if there was a dishwasher and an oven.

The apartment is very central, 5 minutes walk from the train station, and in an area surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. In that respect, it is very good. The wifi did not work, but we let them know and they gave us an alternative. The worst thing was the beds. Very uncomfortable, both the main one in the bedroom and the sofa bed and a small extra bed.

The facilities are complete and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the apartment kindly provides bottled drinking water.
