Awesome..Near by letchmi tea gardenWe are really enjoyed superb.. Thanks to heights management... Especially Mr. Sony and team.. Beautiful location. Nice ambiance.. Very good foods menu. We are really enjoyed... First class service.. 👍❤️

It's just a good place to spend the night and discover Munnar. The breakfast menu was very tiny, the swimming pool was like a personal pool, I couldn't had much memories in this hotel, this hotel is beside the main road but the BRO, manager was very helpful to us.

We stayed here with a group of 12 adults and 3 children and overall we were very disappointed. It’s a nice enough property but there is not much to do nearby and driving time to get places is pretty long. Rooms were as expected and there is an outdoor area to hang out and have a fire in the evening. We had spoken with them prior to our arrival about setting up tours and specifically mentioned wanting to go to a tea plantation. On the day of the tour that they arranged for us, they took us everywhere except for the tea plantation and then tried to charge us extra money to go to one at the end of the day. At the time of booking, we paid extra to have all meals included for the group. But at the time of arrival, they informed us that none of our meals were included and we would be charged for every meal. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually did offer a discount on the food, but it was still far more than we expected to pay. Most meals were average at best but the kitchen staff was very accommodating with helping prepare food for the younger kids.

We booked The Heights as our first port of call into Kerala. We had requested an airport pick up, which didn't arrive, so we had to take a taxi. On arrival there was no apology. We had booked deluxe rooms, which were a big disappointment. The rooms were not very clean and were not like the photographs on the website. There was no tea/coffee facilities, no towels, no toilet roll. After complaining, we were moved to suites, which although slightly better and a bit cleaner could not be described ascomfortable and were very damp. The "picnic area" is nothing more than large very dirty tiled area which was uninviting. We did not use the pool at all. After seeing the state of the rooms we thought the pool might not be safe. It had lots of broken tiles and didn't look very clean. The only good thing to say about The Heights is that the staff there are fantastic (not the management). They were so helpful and genuinely nice people. It's such a shame that their talents are wasted in this place. I should add that this was not our first time in India. We have travelled to India for holidays on 6 previous occasions and have also visited several times for business so we don't have unreasonable expectations. Such a shame because the heights does have the potential to be a good place to stay with the right management in place.

I was so excited about staying here , but pictures do not match what you get. Rooms very damp and dirty, had to change rooms, still damp , even the bed . No hot water for shower , only about a minute worth . Poll was damaged and dirty , obviously not cleaned or maintained. Young staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us Think the owner/ manager needs to take note and listen to people . Views were amazing , would not go back

The rooms were okay, but the paid food was terrible. The complimentary breakfast was even worse, with the height of selection being between bread and jelly and idili. Wifi was spotty and slow. There was also no network coverage there. The tv didn't work. Definitely not a place worth booking at if you plan on enjoying your stay.

Worst service from the hotel authorities. They do not match with your words . Poor behavior poor hospitality., Very bad pool, and room not good. Photos and actual room not matching.total very disappointed.

Been here to a weekend stay with group of friends for the last weekend of May 2022 , booked 2 suite rooms were booked in the beginning of May. Rooms were comfortable , neat and clean . faced some water issues, but it was rectified immediately . This property has great view to the mountains, nearby water falls, also located in the main road (but had to travel 20 kms from Munnar town) Have ordered lunch , dinner and breakfast (complementary) , all were good in quality and quantity . But the meat served was not frozen for weeks , when asked they gave reasons , still it didn't spoiled the stomach, but good to avoid Non-vegetarian food here. Overall had a pleasant stay at The Heights Munnar
