"I found this place for staycation in trip.com and I would definitely recommend the place. The hotel is a humble place, lobby/reception area is a little bit small it could use some improvements. There were also 2 elevators so have patience when waiting for your turn. Other than that I was greeted by a warm smile at the reception when I check in and it says there's deposit policy but the reception said he will waiver it as it has been already fully paid. Absolutely love the garden room. Love the infinity pool also. I'll be back here again for another staycation."

I was also expecting a signature hotel scent in common areas or rooms, which was noticeably missing, since it's a small touch that often leaves a lasting impression on guests. During our stay, we encountered a temporary water maintenance issue, where the water was stained with rust. It was resolved after a few hours, but offering a small complimentary service or gesture during such inconveniences would go a long way in maintaining guest satisfaction. Overall, despite the minor setbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others especially for those looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat with a touch of elegance."
