I had a fantastic stay at B Hotel Muntinlupa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay very convenient. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Muntinlupa and nearby areas. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend B Hotel Muntinlupa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Absolutely loved my stay here 🧡🩷❤️ the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability 🌳🌿💚 The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

This property is very convenient location. Opposite of Molito, Near to Ayala alabang town centre.  The hide light of this property is the Infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is a Pilipino dishes and all cooked delicious . I highly recommended 👌

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hop Inn Alabang. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. My only minor issue was with the curtain in the room — it didn’t block out the sunlight very well in the morning. Hoping they consider installing thicker or blackout curtains for improved comfort. Overall, still a solid and convenient place to stay!

I transferred room 3 times. Since the room was not clean enough. (1)The CR smells so bad. (2) the second room was not clean but since im so sleepy i told them to clean it when i arrived in the morning since I have duty from 6pm-6am. (3) executive still but they called me to transfer to regency because of the things that happened. But good thing they upgrade my room. The supervisor and the staff was good except for the cleanliness.

Overall, my stay was a *fairly decent experience*, but there were several aspects that left much to be desired. To begin with, the cleanliness and condition of the towels provided were extremely disappointing. They were worn-out, stained, and resembled those you might expect from a budget motel like Sogo, rather than a proper hotel. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding the food. We were under the impression that meals were included in the booking, but upon check-in, we were informed otherwise. This caused some inconvenience and would have been avoided with clearer communication in the listing or booking confirmation. Furthermore, parking and some of the elevators were not functioning properly during our stay. This led to longer wait times and difficulty accessing certain floors, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A major safety issue I noticed was the lack of proper window protection. For rooms on higher floors, there were no safety locks or barriers, which could pose a serious risk, especially for individuals with mental health concerns or young children. This should be urgently addressed to prevent any potential accidents. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning services began around 6:00 PM and continued late into the evening. This was disruptive and poorly timed, as most guests are back in their rooms during that period and would prefer privacy and peace. That said, I would like to commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were accommodating and responsive to our requests. The overall facilities, while basic, were also acceptable for the price. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects of the stay, I believe there are several areas that need immediate attention—particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, and guest convenience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

Great location to explore the south of Luzon from. Good facilities and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

I booked this room for an event at Filinvest Grounds, and it was very convenient since it was just a walking distance away. The room was clean, with toiletries provided, and the receptionist was very accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. We even extended our stay for ₱200 per hour. Overall, a great experience—10/10!
