Nice hotel. The buffé in the evening and the breakfast were excellent. Very noisy in the cantina, so the ambiance was not perfect. Food was good though. In terms of room, we had bottom floor, so we had the occasional ant dropping in. This is almost impossible to avoid in southerns Europe. Pool-area kept clean and the restaurant by the pool had nice lunch dishes. I strongly recommend the taco, which was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Only down side was as said the noise level in their dining area on the first floor. If you have some families there you will surely hear them regardless of where you sit.

Amazing hotel that saved our holiday (we had booked an other horrible hotel, and we change it to las gaviotas). The room is beautiful and really big, nice breakfast, everything is very clean and the staff is amazing. The only thing that should improve is the breakfast time, it's kind of late to open it at 08.00 am.

The dinner buffet is great, has something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and very modern and the seaside view is stunning. The food at the pool bar is also great but it’s quite expensive. The location is great, close to the beach and many supermarkets. The training pool is excellent but four lanes can get crowded. The beds are super comfy.

Very nice hotel, not too big and crowded. The staff were very willing and helpful. Premises were clean and newly renovated. Food was excellent, we enjoyed it very much. Short walking distance to Playa de Muro a big advantage..............

This was our fourth stay here since 2009 and first since the renovations. The hotel looks more modern but the snagging needs to be fixed, there were loose sockets in room, including the shower handle and the aircon. The bathroom sliding door which does not shut fully is less than desirable. There are no full size length mirrors in the room. The overall atmosphere of the hotel has changed, there were screaming children everywhere, from breakfast and all day at the pool, which detracts from the laid back atmosphere this hotel once had. Not sure I would stay here again now.

This hotel is lovely, featuring an amazing pool and a great location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond by washing our baby's utensils every day, which we greatly appreciated. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and bright. Breakfast selection very good. Great facilities, all staff very helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious, a lovely king size bed, great shower area, the only issue was not enough storage for clothes. Well worth staying at this hotel, beach across the road.

Had a lovely enjoyable stay at this hotel. Good facilities and all spotlessly clean. Never a problem finding a bed round the pools All staff very helpful. Good range of food for breakfast. Although as breakfast is not until 08.00 would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. I always like to start my day with a cup of tea.
