Superb. The closest hotel to the sea I've ever been. Wonderful

Just returned from a 15 night stay - (2nd time we've been) and once again, had a throughly good time. The staff are fantastic and everything is spotless and for us they delivered on every aspect of our holiday. The food choice is endless and really fresh and with. direct access to the beach it is a fantastic location. It would be un-fair to pick out any staff amongst others since they were all so friendly and professional so thank you all very much.

Had a great week’s stay - service at this hotel is impeccable. The food is amazing, really good quality and great selection catering for all tastes. Shout out to amazing service and rapport from Pepe. Rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish. Issue with a leak in the room was fixed within minutes as well as a request for extra towels. Staff had to deal with a storm for 2 days during our stay, which they dealt with amazingly, trying to accommodate all guests during this time. Denis was incredible, going above and beyond with service. Star Camp (kids entertainment club) staff were also great, especially Alice who was so welcoming to my son and nephew that they couldn’t wait to go back the next day! Lots of activities put on throughout the day (separate to star camp) for both kids and adults and majority included (pony riding was an additional €7 per child). Evening entertainment was good and all bar staff very attentive and accommodating. Branded ice creams included in AI, which the kids loved! Beach is also stunning! Not private to the hotel and therefore extra payment for beds, beach is so close though that you can easily just utilise the beds at the pool and go back and forth to the beach. Lots of shops just outside the hotel as well as a bus stop with regular buses to Alcudia. Loved our stay here but if i had to give some improvements: Pillows in room, didn’t find these the most comfortable and would appreciate a free pillow menu rather than an additional charge. Loved the fact that we also had access to the 4 star hotel next door as the kids loved the dome pool, however would be good if we could have used our AI in that hotel also for drinks and snacks whilst at the pool. Open access to road - between the two hotels (next to indoor swimming pool) there is open access to the main road, something to consider if you have older kids that you allow to walk around the resort, would have preferred if this area was gated. Would defo return to this hotel.

The perfect luxury family 5 star hotel! This is our second trip here with our two kids (3 and 5 year old) and this time we brought Grandma too, staying here 6th - 13th July 2024. This is literally the perfect hotel, the 5 star “village” end of the grounds are beautiful and surprisingly peaceful and yet we had the benefit of being able to access the slightly busier 4 star hotel next door, which has additional facilities for the kids and a great splash area for our little one, plus huge inflatable dome swimming pool slide thing that was great for our 5 year old (but a little daunting for our 3 year old just yet). We could then escape back to the relative peace of the 5 star luxury next door, with its own 2 excellent swimming pools and third baby pool, with yet another huge indoor swimming pool and spa in-between the two areas of the hotel (with a tennis court on top in case you are brave enough to play in the heat!). The location is literally fantastic, right on the coast, immediately next to the beach but protected from the elements (and anyone passing by) thanks to the design of the hotel grounds and beach bar area. With sun-beds and umbrellas to rent on the beach, plus the benefit of beach towels provided by the hotel to take with you, it is really easy to spend a few hours of the day there - whilst also combining it with drinks and food from the the hotel - and all within easy reach of the toilets of the hotel too (great for the little ones too!). It is also really easy to de-sand yourselves on the way back from the beach, with showers in the garden area, meaning this beachside hotel is NOT a sand covered gritty experience, which was a relief and something usually unavoidable when carrying inflatables, buckets and beach toys back and forth everyday. That is not a problem when staying here! There are lots of things to do outside the hotel in the immediate local area, some great little shops opposite that seem to sell anything you could possibly need (and a load of stuff you don’t…!) and souvenirs to bring home, plus a few tasty looking restaurants if you’re not taking advantage of the all-inclusive aspect of the hotel (we haven’t tried any of the restaurants because we were all inclusive in the hotel, but they looked good and seemed always busy.) The staff everywhere and the food across all the restaurants in the hotel have been amazing. Everyone is really helpful and friendly, led by Dennis the manager who seems to be everywhere (yet always smiling and making time to stop and talk, providing us with great advice and brilliant customer service). I’ve never seen such attention to detail in any other hotel; the gardens are perfectly maintained, the rooms were cleaned wonderfully well, even the huge balcony was cleaned every day. We had a bath on the balcony which was great fun for the kids to use (even after they had been swimming all day….!) The staff had the energy of a cruise ship, which we found fun and exciting. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff friendly. The beach is amazing. Shallow sand bar, fine sand, warm water. Food was good with many options. Would recommend buying the full board. Beach is public and you can rent two chairs and an umbrella for 15 euros per day (bring cash). For 20 euros per hour, you can rent a sea kayak or pedal boat with slide (a hit with our teens!). There is daily programming and performances. Try the aqua aerobics :)

Another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. We have now stayed here 3 times in the past 3 years and our children are asking when can we next go back! We have stayed in June, October and July. All 3 of those times were fantastic, October was quieter as they were about to close for winter. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There is a huge selection of food in the restaurants, with excellent theme days. We stay half board as if you need lunch there are plenty of restaurants over the road. Love that there are water bottle filling stations easily to get to around the hotel. The staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help. The hotel never seems over crowded and you’ll always get a bed at the pools throughout the day. The pool areas are kept clean and tidy. This year Our children particularly loved the inflatable slide that was at the pool one afternoon and the frozen show! Special thank you to the face painting that the lovely staff did in the evenings for the children. Bingo is also a massive favourite with our children too! Also loved the addition of the waffle / crepe cart by the pool! My main requirement when staying away is to have a hotel on the beach, clean spacious rooms and delicious food… and this hotel ticks all those boxes! I am sure we will be back… again!! as I don’t think we will find a hotel as lovely to stay in.
