Good room and staff. Nice hotel

The hotel was excellent for what we needed. A great base to explore Oman and really good value to have an apartment with a family. The breakfast was good, although we had to visit the associated hotel next door, but that wasn’t a problem for us. All staff were really helpful and friendly.

反覆入住，已經呆了一週，非常舒服真的推薦！ 安靜又放鬆，樓下的咖啡試了幾款都是很不錯的，麪包就一般。都想常住了❤️❤️❤️

The stay at the Levatio was amazing, so clean and the staff are so helpful! Lovely cafe in reception too. Most places we wanted to go to we had to get a 20-30 taxi ride. Not many places nearby that are walkable so we had to keep using taxis to travel out. Would stay here again if needed. Money well spent.

I spend a night with my family in a one bedroom, room itself is not that impressive, when I entered bathroom surprisingly there is no towels, then I have to call the service to get. These are the basic things need to be ensured before room get checked in, washbasin sink was also blocked, water from bath area is spilled to toilet area.

We pulled in to where google maps had taken us, only to be confused by the signage out the front of the apartments. About 100m in the same area is the Levatio Hotel. After going in to Gloria Jeans coffee shop to check locations again, I went to a reception area which happened to be the Levatio Apartments. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was rather tired. No lock on the bathroom door (which was fine as it was only myself and my husband travelling). The air conditioner had a mind of its own. The tv would cut out when the a/c went on. The hot water takes a while to reach warm. Breakfast is, would you believe it, down the road at the Levatio Hotel! There is no food / restaurants available at the apartments. Had we known this, we would have booked to stay at the hotel. There is onsite parking however we were not offered this as the staff member at check in knew our car was out the front after we mentioned it. There is NO assistance with taking luggage to the foyer / room. There is NO alternate milk options at the main hotel. It is either low fat or full cream which was quite disappointing. Check out was as simple as mentioning we were checking out. We weren’t asked how our stay was, how our room was. There were a few things I was Gigi to mention to the staff member but was not given the opportunity. This has therefore given my rating a lower star.
