فندق الفلج جميل جدا . واكثر شي افرحني جدا تعامل موظف الاستقبال رياض ، كان استقباله لي جميلا عندما رحب بي بابتسامه مشرقه مما بعث السرور في نفسي واعجبني ايضاً صدقه وامانته في انجاز وظيفته على اكمل وجه .

Excellent hospitality at all levels from the top management Mr. Praveen to the bell boy level. Especially restaurant staffs are very friendly and cooperative to render customers food need. I thank restaurant manager Mr. Austin and his staff Ms. Risa who take special care in attending all food orders as well as room service.

We spent three weeks at Al Falaj hotel and we really enjoyed it during the entire stay. Particularly all the service was very attentive with the constant concern to do well, to please guests. The cleaning service was perfect, meals and buffets were really plaisant. In the room, we appreciate particularly the bedding. The rooms are very well soundproofed. The air conditioning is optimal. With the kindness of waiters and butlers at breakfast, you can only start your day well. Honestly we all enjoyed it, in complete confidence. In addition the three « blue » taxi drivers in front of the hotel are really very good and sympathic. A stay of perfect relaxation, in an ideal location for going into town, to meet the omanis at Mutrah or Ruwi.

Worst experience Please avoid booking it's mysterious experience very very small room we cannot even moove inside after drinving for around 200km to reach this miserable hotel we found a room similaire to jail just bed and less the 1 meter and a tv in front Don't believe photos *very small rooms *only one pool * tea lounge without Ac !!!!! Heating inside *when we discovered all of that they refuse to refund or to cancel booking and the only way is to pay more for another small room *connection door inside the room !!!! You believe our room is connected to the store * they mention that room surface is 21 m2 !!!!!!!!!! Don't beleive that it's maximum 10m2 I will share my experince with ministry of tourism *

This is one of the best hotels in Muscat. The staff here is very cordial and helpful. The rooms are cozy, clean and have an ample space to keep the luggage.Food is great and they have an amazing spread of food for the buffet. It also has a Japanese restaurant and a bar.

We had a great stay at Al Falaj hotel. We stayed here for two nights as we started our road trip through Oman. We loved the breakfast and the BBQ dinner - the food was amazing and it was reasonably priced. We also appreciated the service at the pool - cool water bottles, light snacks, etc. We would recommend a car as there is not much to do in walking distance and public transport (bus) is not very reliable.

we crossed over all of Oman, we wanted to choose a hotel that offers fun, good food, sports and tranquility. Before booking, we first requested a tour. It appealed to us immediately; the friendly staff, the type of guests both national and "international", cozy and atmospheric, in short, a nice energy. Where the Arabian culture meets the west. So we booked 6 days at Al Falaj Hotel. We had a nice room, bed, everything looked en feeled good. The breakfast is very extensive and at the pool we were treated with cold towels, fruit pickers and small coolboxes for your water. We are very happy with our choise and recommend this hotel to everyone. Brigitte Spierenburg

Beautifull convenient hotel. Provides everything you need and more. Very polite and helpfull staff. Nice pool in the garden where they provide cold water in ice and fruit for free. The guests are tourists and Omani and that makes it special to be here. The atmosphere of the country is also in this hotel. We were here for 6 nights to relax from a two week intense roadtrip. We will go home in a very relax state. Thank you for the nice time and we will definitely come back to hotel when we are in Muscat.

Our overall experience at the Alfalaj was much beyond expectations. The rooms are neat, staff are courteous and their buffet breakfast spread is a very pleasant surprise especially for Indian vegetarians. At the reception Mr.Sreejith was very efficient polite and responsive to the needs of the customers. At the restaurant Chef Sarvannan was vigilant to ensure the pallet of all the guest were satisfied. Overall a great property to stay at.
