地理位置好，出行比較方便，靠近主幹道，去宜家美食城或其他地方很近，也靠近機場。 房間比較整潔， 前台服務態度好。 這是第二次入住，可以免費延到下午1點退房。

Не плохой отель за свои деньги. Чисто, удобная кровать. Чай, кофе, 2 бутылки воды. Завтрак скромный, но голодными не останетесь. Оперативно отвечают на вопросы в воцапе. Из минусов- нет тапочек, плохая звукоизоляция, розетки не подходят для наших зарядных устройств. Попросили переходник. Обещали принести в номер, но так и не дождались.

시설 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요 침대랑 침구류가 정말 편했어요 호텔 앞에 주차하기 편했고 헬스장도 잘 이용했습니다 수영장이 없는게 조금 아쉬웠어요

The room was very comfortable with 2 chairs as well as a long desk and small coffee table. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Water was hot and shower large. The front desk was helpful in directing us and ordering taxies that were reliable in pricing. Breakfast 6:30 - 10:00, had multiple hot items as well as the option to order eggs of choice. The eating area was spotless and served large groups easily. Food was replenished and dishes cleaned up quickly. Easily one of the best breakfasts we've had this trip. Location is not 'pretty'. However, we found it had many good restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Avoid at All Costs – One of the Worst Hotels I’ve Stayed In I’ve traveled the world and stayed in all kinds of hotels, from budget to luxury, and Muscat Express Hotel is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First off, no internet at all on the first day, and when it finally worked, the WiFi was painfully weak—barely enough to load a webpage, let alone stream or work. Then there was the hot water issue—or rather, the complete lack of it. A cold shower is the last thing anyone wants after a long day of travel. I had to bring down a white towel from my room that o hadn’t used that had a RED STAIN on it. The Manager told me”but it’s just for the floor.” You use it, Sir. It’s not how I roll. But the worst part? The bedsheets were itchy and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep for two nights. I don’t know if they were unclean or just poor quality, but they left me feeling awful. To top it all off, there was a disgusting smell in the lobby that hit me as soon as I walked in—definitely not the first impression you want from a hotel. And if all that wasn’t enough, construction noise inside the hotel woke me up early in the mornings. Not outside the building—inside! Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. This place is a disaster. I had to leave and forfeit my room for the next 3 night.

The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee houses, takeaways etc nearby. I got the 8 bus direct from the airport and walked 20mins from the stop to the hotel, which wasn’t too difficult, and costs less than £1 (400 baisa). I had a super king room to myself, with bottles of water and tea, coffee etc replenish each day. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable, I struggled to get out of it each morning, but had to as I wanted to be out seeing the city. A large tv is in the room with multiple channels, and the shower room is fantastic with toiletries etc provided. The staff were all friendly and helpful, all working hard to keep you happy, especially Pritam and Shaan, who are diamonds at the hotel, I was welcomed with tea and dates/figs when I walked in, and I had some great chats with them. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of options available, with karak chai/tea, coffee and juices available. You will be more than happy with the food here, and they also have drinks etc available downstairs in their cafe bar, if you want to buy drinks throughout the day. The hotel is clean, has a gym which is open til late, and there is tea and dates/figs available at reception/lobby area 24-7 - a welcome treat each day you go out and return after a weary day out! The beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is a 25min walk away or a short taxi journey, managed to fit in a visit and it was amazing! There is also a prayer room at the hotel if you need it. There are local buses that take you to the souk/markets, museums, etc or you can take a taxi. I loved the hotel, and the staff made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would return again! Thank you!
