Upon arrival arrival for check-in the person at the desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and spacious and felt very cosy. My group had 3 people and we all had plenty if space to move around and had we slept comfortably. There is a boat launching area for guests and the parking lit can accommodate cars with their boats in tow. The hotel is right next to the Muskoka Steamship Discovery Centre and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The only issue is most of restaurants close around 9pm so you must eat early. Our group enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area for a visit or just to go on a short trip to relax. The steamship ship cruises are a must do and is the main attraction in this area. I will definitely return to this area for another visit.

During the winter months there is a snowmobile trail that is near to the hotel. Several shops and a gas station are within walking distance. A variety of restaurants are in the surrounding area. I loved the big rock in the front entrance and all the plants around it. Very nice staff.Very clean room.Checkout was easy and fast. I will be back and bring family Gravenhurst is a lovely spottY felt very safe there.

It was a great pleasure to stay in Hidden Valley Resort during Canada Day long weekend in 2024. The hospitality was remarkable, service team was professional, friendly and helpful. Specially the General Manager Mr. Evan Ali made our stay very comfortable with his hospitality, professional guidance and local knowledge. We would love to visit this property again and again. Stay in January which should be down season and seems less amount of people servicing in restaurant. Room was great clean and specious but I experienced power shortage 6:00am in morning. Will try to check it out in summer.

It was a great stay in muskoka. Front desk agent give us different locations where to visit in winter. These experiences was great in Huntsville. I would definitely recommend my friend and family to stay over here. Thanks

We love this hotel and we will definitely come back. The staff and especially Marisa who made our stay so special. The Front Desk smile that made us feel so welcome, the kitchen staff who are looking after the food to ensure we have enough food to enjoy are priceless.
