I had stayed for a night on 3rd Feb 2025 and we checked in at 1300hrs .First of all they checked us in a dirty room where dustbin was already used .I had asked the staff to get the iron he never came back and we had to rush for a city tour.Room neither had a telephone in working condition nor the TV recharge. Also, under the sink there was a used Soap and a black garbage bag. Even the sink was tipping down that our shoes got wet while getting fresh .The wardrobe had a dirty cushion which was stinking.The bed sheets had dirty spots .I have attached pictures of the same so When I went to the reception and informed the manager he had no clue and he was making faces and giving me excuses. I paid 1000/- for the 205 room which was non view but I was not expecting 3rd class service.The Manager was rude enough that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone also, I believe the management is also least bothered to look into it as they are loosing the valuable clients for their future. If you are interested to hospitality business one has to be professional Enough to cater clients basic needs.
