On behalf of my husband, Hemant Rawat, I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff and management team at The Savoy. The hospitality we experienced was truly exceptional, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was delightful, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much, Deepak ji, for the wonderful dinner at the Royal Afghan—it was truly delicious, and we appreciate your excellent service. I also received a surprise birthday cake from Rajveer ji, which made my day extra special. Thank you so much, Rajveer ji, for that thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to Akshata, who works at the reception, for giving us a wonderful tour of the place. The property’s rich history added to its charm, and we loved how the entire Savoy team showcased our culture with their warm ‘Namaste’ greetings and the respect they showed throughout our visit. We wish we could have stayed longer and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Stay was perfect from staying till it’s end with great hospitality from savoy team from service ,food , games everything was perfect. Savoy with its great heritage is a must visit and I am lucky for being at this hotel second time and every time it gives me different experience with something new. Amazing palce and mesmerizing staff .. must vist this relaxing and joyfull property of ITC for peach and calm❤️ i loved the food and aumbience of resturants the view of my room is amazing both side open and soo spacious ... recommended for kids also they have play zone gym and many activities too

If you wish to be transported back in time, then this is it. If you want to experience regality, royalty of yesteryears, then this is it. If you wish to experience hospitality par excellence, then this is most definitely the place to go. Right in the middle of hustle and bustle of Mussourie, unexpectedly you can find this oasis of peace , Vintage, heritage, history, culture, warmth and what not. This property is what we shall be looking forward to and longing to go to again and again. Highly recommend and definitely not to miss. A special thanks to Sonal for making our stay especially comfortable.

What a beautiful property at the tip of the library end. The elevated hilltop gives amazing views of the mountains from one end and Doon valley views from the other. The resort is strongly etched in the old culture of ancient Mussourie. Fabulous hospitality by Itc staff and Royal Afghan Peshawari food is perfect for the chilly weather. The complimentary high tea in the evening, happy hours at the bar. Games and story telling … change of guard ceremony daily. you really dont need to step out of this haven by Itc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

We had a great stay at savoy it was memory of remember for life even though it was only for one day but we will surely visit again to savoy. We had a celebration planned by Ms Sonal Tripathi and she took care of us in the entire visit. Sonal went out of her way to ensure evrthing was up to the mark and would say Sonal is a true asset to your team, and their efforts made my stay even more memorable. And even the property is even more beautiful with the 300 years old trees and the gardens all well managed by staff. A namaste at every interaction with staff. A truly nice place with great hospitality❤️

Our stay at the Savoy was a luxurious immersion into history. The staff, including Vishal, Akshita, Ashish from the bar, and many others, were remarkable and made our experience truly unforgettable. The walking tours (Yash and Nikita) & storytelling by Yash were definite highlights of our visit.

Great hospitality and staff. I was on a road trip with my one year old for the first time. The hotel choice proved to be very comforting and the staff kept my baby engaged and arranged every thing for the baby with pick and drop from the hotel to the Mall Road. Good food and ambience.It felt safe having a child *****.

We were wondering how it will be in rainy season… but it was dreamy atmosphere! You could see clouds moving from your balcony! They also helped arrange a trekking trip which was breathtaking! Heritage hotel with a lot of hospitality and warmth. It is the best hotel in Mussorie!
