We had a comfortable stay at the resort. We booked a family room. Very spacious with hot water available. Lovely view of the hills from the room. Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Felt at home.

Hi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

The boutique hotel welcomed us with its regal charm and luxurious amenities. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the elegance that surrounded us. From the intricately carved ceilings to the elegant furnishings, every detail exuded grandeur and sophistication.  As we explored the hospitality of Ilbert Manor, we also got to live the rich history.The hotel has been painstakingly restored over a period of seven years and offers 14 well appointed and elegant rooms. The colonial architecture and old-world feel of teak floors and primeval wooden paneling with the breathtaking back drop of snowy hilltops added to our experience. We loved our stay at the Imperial room which was spacious and elegant and had a view to cherish. The room was beautifully appointed, exuding a timeless grandeur that blended seamlessly with modern comforts - High ceilings, large bathrooms, wooden flooring. The cozy little balcony opened to a breathtaking view of snowy hilltops. Even a walk in their garden was mesmerising. The tranquility and charm of this place is simply captivating. The food here needs a special mention. We had a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we truly enjoyed every dish. It was simple yet delicious, with each dish bursting with flavors and prepared with utmost care reminding me of homemade food.  The hospitality is top notch too. Infact, the Ilbert Manor team focuses to offer personalized services for its guests. The attentive staff took care of our every need, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfection.  Situated on the bustling Mall Road, I was immersed in the vibrant energy of Mussoorie, with shops, cafes, and scenic views just steps away. When I needed a break, the gaming room provided hours of entertainment with billiards, chess, and carrom. Hotel honeymoon inn offers easy check-in and delicious food. Rooms were clean and had comfortable furniture with fresh linens. I had easy access to public transport. I spent some great time and would definitely love to visit again. All the hygeine protocols were followed. The place has great public accessibility. I had a great get-away here. It's definitely the best place to be in the city. They cleaned and maintained the rooms for us. Room was well spaced, neat and clean. Food was tasty. Staff was cooperative. Had an amazing stay here.

I was looking for a good hotel at decent rates near mall road, and my search ended at Hotel Seven Oaks. The property is located at Camel's Back Road at walking distance from Mall road. The hotel provides pick and drop from Mall Road till 7 pm. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the valley. Hot water was not a problem once we understood the system. An individual water geyser is provided in each room, it is small in size but still, is adequate. Breakfast buffet spread is limited but almost everything tasted good. We had no complaints regarding food. The place is child friendly and many families with small kids were in the hotel during our stay.

Good hospitality, recommend for mountain travellers. Great location, right on the picture palace road. Views could be better for the imperial room. Fast services, well trained staff. Things could be better with maintenance of the property, including cleaning the glass of the room balconies.
