We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were amazing. Special mention to Joseph the driver, alway happy, informative, a real asset to the hotel. Claudia In concierge was also superb, thank you. Pool staff very attentive as were restaurant staff. Hotel amenities were great although I would not call our bedroom 5 star, bathroom rather tired and in need of upgrade. Pool restaurant was good as was the main dining room, although I felt it was rather overpriced for what you got. One bug bear was if you ask for a single glass of red wine in the restaurant it arrives COLD! That’s a complete no no. Please do something about that. I know it’s minor but nothing worse than cold red wine! Thank you for our relaxing break. We loved it at St John. All in all a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to come back.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely scent in the lobby and throughout.Beautiful decor throughout and in my bedroom, with a lovely high bed and balcony with jacuzzi bath. Room and general areas very clean and staff extremely helpful with a special shout out to reception staff and the men at breakfast/restaurant/pool bar,especially Stravos! Safe in room,complimentary daily water and special treats left for guests on the bed on arrival! Lovely breakfast with a wide selection of cold and cooked food. Some suggestions would include labelling breakfast food for vegans/vegetarians/intolerances/allergies. Although the restaurant food was nice I think this 5* hotel could benefit from a 5* menu/fine dining.Whilst I appreciate it's hard to accommodate for all palates, I think this option would set it aside from other 5* hotels in the area Mykonos town can be accessed via taxi,hotel transport or a local bus which is typically hourly in frequency. Wonderful experience and would happily return and recommend.

Exceptional, beautiful, faultless! We were absolutely blown away by the high standard of service, cleanliness and attention to detail of this stunning hotel. We stayed for 7 nights, bed and breakfast. Arrival: Upon arrival, we were greeted with a watermelon mocktail, a steamed hot cloth and small hand sanitiser bottle. Friendly staff gave us a map of the town and useful information about taxis and restaurants etc. before escorting us to our room; helping to carry our luggage. Room: The room was spotless, gorgeous decor of crisp white sheets with pops of colour in the rug and artwork. Posh coffee machine. Complimentary bottle of local wine and snacks. Luxury toiletries in the bathroom (which were regularly topped up/ replaced). Arrived at night time but waking up to fully take in our surroundings and sea view in the sunshine was amazing (which by the way, was a free upgrade from a garden room). The cleaning staff were brilliant, always friendly and replaced any towels when left on the floor. Facilities: Again, spotlessly clean walkways and communal areas. Contemporary reception/ lobby area with many comfy seating areas. The pool area was gorgeous, fresh towel station for whenever yours got too soggy. Super comfortable sun beds with thick double beds over the edge of the pool. Staff regularly walk around to ask if you’d like a drink or food. Chilled house music in the background. If you bought spirits, you’d get complimentary nuts and crisps too. Breakfast: 5* is an understatement. I’ve previously stayed in 5* Riu hotels and Kyma knocks them out the park. As it’s much smaller than massive Riu hotels, the attention to detail and service is amazing. The options were amazing including vegetarian and vegan options. The yoghurt and granola station was the best I’ve experienced out of about six 5* Greek hotels I’ve been to before. Fresh coffee and juice straight to your table as well as Prosecco daily!!! We thought it might have been for special guests or someone with a birthday, nope. All guests. Every morning! We would take our glass of Prosecco after breakfast to the shaded lounge area with sofas by the pool to relax. Other: All staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful back massage one afternoon and we shared a couple’s experience of the spa dipping in all 5 pools with different temperatures and oils. They even took us to the spa in a golf buggy to save us walking uphill. Worth every penny and will 100% return in future!

Hotel yang sangat disyorkan, terletak di hotel yang cukup segar dan artistik di kawasan tengah Mykonos. Sumber pelancongan di Mykonos tidak sehebat Santorini, jadi penggunaan di sini masih relatif tinggi, dan aliran pelancong tidak sebagus Santorini. Oleh itu, harganya agak tinggi. I stayed in this hotel, twice this year for 2 and 1 nights respectively. The first time it was early February and the second time on March 1st. The overall experience was amazing and the hotel is sparkling as a diamond. The reception desk is the friendliest and most professional I have met in my professional life and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around Europe. The design of the hotel is a landmark of architecture, style and elegance. Rooms are very beautifully decorated, well equipped, warm (I visited the hotel in the middle of the winter) . The shower has a massage and water jet function which is very soothing and relaxing (especially after a hard day's work). Lighting is war and relaxing, while the hotel offered LG OLED and iphone/ Bose charger,base, speaker. After an amazing sleep , I discovered next morning that the hotel is using the best, handcrafted, natural mattresses of Coco Mat. Linen is of highest quality and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also on the same level as the rest of hotel. Usually a continental hotel breakfast is boring, but not this time. The omelet was a traditional greek recipe implemented beautifully, the coffee was fantastic , the traditional greek pies were generous and delicious on the buffet. The location of the hotel is amazing, literally overlooking the Chora of Mykonos, providing the guests the opportunity to enjoy live the most iconic Mykonos view. It is a 2 minutes walk from Mykonos seafront promenade.

Extremely wonderful hotel. Perfect experience. Great host, service, food, drinks, and room. Again, the food is very, very good! Everything is clean. Room was wonderful with the small pool on balcony. We got engaged at the hotel our second night in! The hotel staff helped so much to prepare us a special occasion. We can easily say this is the best hotel we have had the pleasure to stay in. Matthew is exceptionally friendly and has the skills of a high level waiter/bartender/all the above. Front desk always smiling and accommodating. Cleaning lady very friendly. 100% recommend for anyone.

Truly the best service I have experienced at a fine hotel. The riviera sets the bar high and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable and helpful - day in and day out. They anticipated our needs before we even realized what we needed, and were so helpful and accomodating. Thank you for making our trip so incredible and memorable!

Eleni’s village suites was on the last leg of our tour of the Islands in Greece. We arrived in the afternoon and took a transfer(36 euros for 3 people) from the port. One can easily take the local bus which would cost about 1,80 to 2,30 euros, but we didn’t know that then. We were welcomed at the village suites by Ewe and were shown to our accommodation. This was the only place where we stayed that had a stove, cookware, cutlery cups, coffee maker etc. This meant that we could actually prepare meals as eating out in restaurants in Greece can become very expensive as our rand(zar) was 1/20 against the euro. The accommodation was close to the local bus stop. Just down the road was a supermarket which was very inexpensive and we bought all the necessary stuff to have a decent meal which cost less than 15 euros and that was enough for 3 people. Where we paid for a steak 18 euro at the restaurant on the corner. Even though the suites r close enough to the port it is not close enough to walk. We also were served a complimentary buffet breakfast the 2 mornings that we were there. Lovely fruit, cereals, breads, cookies, coffee and juice. U could eat as much as u wanted. We took the bus down to the port and explored Mykonos, old city and little Venice. The area was beautiful. Lots of restaurants along the walkways and the beach. U could also swim . Eleni’s Village suites were very clean and comfortable. WiFi was good especially to connect with family at home. Unfortunately there were no pool at the place as it was quite warm. The surrounding area is quite dry and looks very rural.
