A lovely hotel set on the hill before the small beach. Room is clean and tidy with balcony overlooking the pool. Balcony has enough room for table and 4 chairs and offers somewhere quiet to sit either in the morning or late afternoon before heading out. Double bed was very firm, but when i asked if there was anything they could do, a softer topper arrived almost immediately. Bed now very comfy. The beach is a short walk where they have a sister restaurant Avli. This is a fab restaurant and service is great. Bus to Mykonos town is almost outside the door. €2 pp. Breakfast is around the pool, and greek style, either cooked or pastries. Room cleaned every day. Has a fridge with comp water, but there is a small shop across the road if you wanted to stock up on beer or wine. A lovely stay.

My husband and I booked this place in the beginning of February for our honeymoon in July. We had a travel agent, who was diligent and checked in with them multiple times about room description and making sure that everything was confirmed. The morning we were leaving New York to go to Greece, they called and said we no longer had our room and we could stay at a different hotel if we wanted. We were supposed to be staying there for 4 nights and were on our way to take a 10 hour flight to Greece, with now no where to stay. They told the travel agent there was a computer clitch and they had no where for us, even if we went to a smaller room. They couldn’t care less, said too bad and figure it out. They told our agent, who has given them so much business, we could stay at a family friendly hotel down the road, for our HONEYMOON. They are a disgrace. If you want to stay at a place that doesn’t care at all for their customers and cancel on you literally last minute, then stay here.

When we arrived at Nissaki Hotel we were offered a complimentary welcome drink and we were so impressed by the beauty of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with us, especially the Concierge and the reception who made everything easy for us. Of course, the view we had in our room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options. The location of the hotel was ideal, less than 10minutes to go to Little Venice. It is the perfect place!!! We highly recommend this hotel!!

For my 4-day trip to Mykonos, I traveled with my family of seven. It was myself with my three children ages 10, 13, and 15, and my parents. Initially, I was looking for a property directly on the beach. When I spoke with people at the Acrogiali they informed me that they had no availability, however they said I should speak with their sister hotel The George. At first I was hesitant because it was not directly on the beach which was what I really wanted for my kids, but once I realized there weren't many other options, I went ahead with the booking. I was concerned that we were going to be too far away from the beach despite the fact they said it was only a short walk. Once I arrived to the property I was so pleased to learn that the walk to the beach was not even 5 minutes. It was barely a 3-minute walk from the front door down to the beach. What turned out to be a lovely surprise was that by being elevated over the beach up on the hills, we had an exceptional view with stunning sunsets. We learned that guests at other hotels came to the George Beach for the two beautiful Infinity swimming pools which were highly sought after. They offered amazing views of the beach and a good portion of the island. The hotel staff was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. My father who was in a wheelchair for the trip was tended to at every turn. No matter where we went, there was a member of the staff willing to help. Every morning there was a lovely breakfast buffet by the pool that was a terrific way to wake up with the family. The rooms were all spacious, modern and beautiful. Knowing that Mykonos is largely a party island, we wanted somewhere with some activity, but not too much over the top. This was a perfect combination. The beach promenade was filled with very nice Beach clubs and cafes, and the expected gorgeous people you would hope to see on Mykonos. Every morning we would wake up and see massive yachts parked on the water. This is clearly where the billionaires hang out. Everywhere you turned there are a lot of younger people, beautifully dressed and looking for a good time on Mykonos while they were also a good number of families from across the globe. From the moment we arrived and our driver Costas introduced himself, every member of the staff was extraordinarily gracious and kind. The hotel itself exceeded all expectations as a hillside resort. Everything was freshly painted bright white just like you would expect. The bar at the pool had a super cool and chill vibe and the bartenders were friendly with just the right balance of friendly, small talk and terrific service. The drive into town was about 20 minutes during traffic, and 10 minutes without traffic. If you're looking to be in the downtown party area, this may not be the perfect place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere that is easily accessible to the beach, an amazing view, and a luxurious series of swimming pools, you have to check this out. If you like taking pic

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we can not wait to return. The hotel picked us up from the airport and it was a short 10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. We had a very quick and friendly check in and was then taken to our room. The rooms were so lovely, fresh and very clean. We found it cute how we everything was built into the walls. The whole hotel was lovely from the pool bar, the infinity pool and just the whole look in general. We also had breakfast in with this hotel and that was also lovely. The days we wanted to use the pools we asked the hotel if they provided pool towels and they did. They were happy to change them every day. There is a small cafe under the hotel. I think it could be part of the hotel as there were menus by the bar advertising the food. However, the food there looked delicious. I had a crepe every day and they were beautiful. Moreover, the hotel is an ideal location. It is a 7 min walk to the beach where there are loads of beautiful bars and restaurants. It is also only a 20 min walk to the Scorpios, santanna and kalua beach club. (KALUA is a must if you are visiting Mykonos). It is also a 20 min walk in the opposite direction to Nammos beach where the designer village is. If you want to travel into Mykonos town the bus stop is a less than 5 min walk from this hotel and the bus only cosy €1.80 and is a short 10 min journey into the town. The busses run every 30 mins and are very easy to work out. Right by the bus stop there is a restaurant called 'Blue Myth' this is also a must when you travel to Mykonos as it is very cheap and the food is delicious. It is also a fantastic night watching the traditional Greek dancing and the atmosphere is amazing when they get everyone up to dance. I can not wait to return to Mykonos. I will definitely return to this hotel for my next visit. Thank you

I usually wait until I get back home to start reviewing places but this hotel was so awesome that I am compelled to share right away. We are a family of 4, our kids are teens. The airport pick up service was smooth, the driver was there when we arrived and we did not need to wait for other people. The check in process actually enjoyable because the front desk is so attentive. The beach area is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is smooth ( no pebbles). The food at the beach restaurant was just ok but the service was fantastic. The rooms are clean and they provide anything that you need as far as toiletries. The bed is comfortable, bathroom water pressure is strong. The breakfast was ok not terrible but it did the job. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice beach, clean facilities, friendly service. This is not the hotel to party but there ate several beach clubs walking distance.

Staff go above and beyond. I left an item in the hotel and had a short amount of time before the rest of our party (who were staying at a different hotel) would be leaving the island. The staff got working quickly, and managed to find my item and get it to my friends before they left. Location was phenomenal, steps from the beach, close to other hotels and restaurants, close to other beaches as well. Short bus ride into town that picks up 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast staff were very accommodating, made an effort to chat with guests and get to know them, even recommending things to do in town and nearby. Booking through the website gets you free transfer to/from the airport and is an amazing benefit to have. We were at the hotel less than 20 minutes after stepping off the plane. Like others mention in the reviews, avoid DK Oyster at all costs due to their scammy behavior. There are plenty of restaurants on the beach nearby that will provide the same if not better experiences for much less. Overall great hotel, would highly recommend to anyone!

We arrived in Mykonos with our family, and on the first day at our resort, my 24-year-old son slipped and cut his foot open on a rock at the beach. The hotel's response was absolutely fabulous. They were attentive immediately, privately escorting my son to a local orthopedic surgeon who unbelievably stitched my son's foot and took care of him within an hour of his injury. The hotel's handling of this issue was exceptional. I have traveled the world and have never experienced service like this. Beyond the magnificent rooms and property, the service at Petasos beach resort and spa is truly beyond exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for their swift and professional response. We are deeply grateful for your care and attentiveness during a stressful time. This experience has made our stay even more memorable, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
