Hotel terbaik di Pantai Myrtle

This was our first stay, at the Hilton Ocean Enclave. This resort is located on the ocean and within a casual walk to numerous food, drink, shops, activities and other venues. The staff was absolutely amazing! From the valet at the front door to the front desk staff, concierge and service staff. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel special. We were honestly treated like royalty. This is a very secure and extremely clean building. It has all of the amenities you could ask for. The views of the ocean were were absolutely gorgeous and the comfort of the rooms are very inviting. We actually extended our stay and felt so relaxed. This will be our new Myrtle Beach stay! I can’t say enough! It’s a must see!

Very unfriendly and rude night shift worker @ the front desk. Customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with our stay.

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

This place is a solid 3. Reliable and pretty decent. For me the 5 out of 5 component was the staff. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They welcomed me as an Elite member and made sure everything I needed was accommodated for. What needs some help here are the physical accommodations itself. Its by far not the nicest Fairfield I have stayed in. Its a bit older and dated and you can tell it needs a little love. Our sink area in the bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. The room was clean and outdated comparatively speaking (I am staying at the other Fairfield in town currently and its much newer and updated). The breakfast isnt as expansive as others I saw - I was dying for some fresh fruit, even a banana. The woman who manages the breakfast though, wow she was amazing! They may need more staff on hand, which is likely a Marriott thing. Every time I came into the lobby there was no one to be found. I imagine that they were probably doing other things which took them away, but it just made me a little weary that anyone could walk in from the street and no one would stop them. Not my favorite feature. Thank you for the stay and for your kindness!

Absolutely wonderful time! Location is perfect! Beachfront, walkable to stores, easy access to the hiway. Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Parking was OK, they have 3 properties 1 building has to use Parking at the other properties...of course it was the 1 I stayed in but it's just next door or across the street. The restaurants food & drinks were great. Very clean. I checked in the night the Hurricane Ian hit Mytle Beach that morning. There was a leak in out hallway that saturated the carpet in the hallway outside our apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping were on the case before we even noticed it. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Apatah lagi lokasi hotel, pantainya bersebelahan dengan laut, dan hotel itu sendiri mempunyai beberapa kolam renang dengan gaya yang berbeza, sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kawasan komersial, dan terdapat banyak restoran makanan segera di sekitar. Ia adalah kira-kira lima minit pemanduan dari outlet, yang agak sesuai untuk percutian santai dan perjalanan ibu bapa-anak. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta di hotel, diedarkan di beberapa lokasi berbeza, tetapi kerana kadar penghunian yang tinggi pada hujung minggu, masih agak sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kereta.
