Hotel staff kindly changed to good room which we can see ocean when we checked in. And breakfast was also good.

Toilet was not working call right after check in Room guy came in keep saying that’s perfectly fine I made video and show him he was little rude and never fix First experience was so bed Second Terrace sliding door is jammed really hard to opened door Room smell was so bad no air freshener right after check in Bath Tub stopper was jammed There is no laundry in this 10 floor building you have take your clothes cross of street’s for laundry Elevator was not working we was stuck in 10:30pm wait extra 15 minutes and then use stares This hotel management need manage stuff Never ever come back this place and highly recommend to check before booking this hotel My sister booked Room in Camelot by sea we spend time mostly there we never even use pool this buildings because of bed experience and pool are need to new renovate Hopefully this hotel management take some serious action and fix issues

There were two bed bugs in the bed crawling when I entered the room, room was smelly and filthy. They wouldn’t refund my money or even try to fix the issue. Me and my children had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night because of this.

No, we booked a hotel, cancelled it but it was withdrawn, and when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel said it was cancelled for us, and we waited for an hour at the front desk to deal with this issue
