Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, what a shame charging such a high price and and staying in the nastiest hotel in myrtle beach sc Oceanfront blvd, the stains and dirt on the carpet are upfront visible ,all the furniture are outdated,the mattress old ,all kinds visible nasty stains on the hallway and the porch as well .what we saw online is not what we got in reality 🥶🤬😡😭😱

This place was both up to par based on their advertisement and price. I will never return. The room was filthy and very outdated. Half of the stove eyes didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but staff switched it out when I pushed them to do so. The sliding glass door wouldn’t hardly close because the tracks were so bent out of shape. One of the windows was so coated with filth and algae that you couldn’t see out of it at all. The main door to the room was able to be pushed open easily and never securely locked our room when we were not there. shape. The ice machine was broke and we had to use one from another building. The location was convenient and beach access was nice. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Not enough parking and a lot of guests had to park at a garage one block away. Overall this place is way overpriced for the condition and I would not recommend

This is hands down the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I feel very mislead by the reviews and pictures I originally saw while booking. They are clearly not recent. The moment you walk in to just the hotel, it STINKS of stale smoke, ****, and dirty water. Then, as we exited the elevator on our floor, we were met with trash. The trash was eventually picked up but the carpet still had little scraps of things in it that a sweeper would easily take care of. Our room was an even bigger disappointment! It smelled musty as soon as you walked in, carpets did not look clean to the point I refuse to go without my shoes, furniture is all banged up and stained, curtains are stained, patio is dirty, TV is lopsided because of two different size legs, internet is slow, the bathroom is extremely small and worst of all, the sink and shower would not drain!!!!! I will say that the sheets appear to be clean. We inspected them with great detail to ensure so but still makes me nervous considering the state of the rest of the hotel. Thankfully we were only staying one night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The room was so filted. The bathroom was horrible it wasn't clean and the towels were used they had black spots. Please don't booked here is nasty. You will regret it. Is not worth it especially if your going with little kids. Thank God I only booked it for one day

False hotel advertising nothing like the website describes rooms 330 and other room 211 in other building I reserve two rooms in same hotel did not happen i reserve one of the rooms to be Handycap accessible for Army Veteran this did not happen. When we intered the rooms we were so disappointed. The floors dirty holes in the carpet, the windows dirty and cloudy just disgusting, one of the rooms TV didn't work properly, microwave had stuck on food we didn't even use it. The refrigerator had no rack shelves, the oven was dirty, the tub/shower was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was clogged with dust, there was a chair in the room with a broken leg, the bed that we pulled out the wall rusty frames and loads of dust behind it, the little card table had big scratches, One of the two chairs to the card table seat has a slit in it we covered it with a bath towel. This is not a Resort Hotel please change the hotel name should be called Roach Motel. I will never return here. Friends and family will also know not to stay at the Sandcastle so called resort at the provillion. This place needs to be condemned and rebuild under new management. Don't go to this Hotel you will be highly disappointed.
