I liked the rooms but the service was no up to the mark. I am very disappointed with that. There were no coffee or tea sashes , didn't provide wifi to us. And we didn't got the terrace view and the enjoyment of swimming pool. It the responsibility of hotel that the person who is booking rooms in your hotels should get all the amenities and comfort.

First of all this hotel discriminates customers who booked through apps. I stayed in 4009 and checked in on 15th oct 2023. They gave me a dirty and unsafe room.ceiling bits were falling off and AC was not working . They made me wait for 4 hours to change my room. Because I complained they charged me 800 extra stating a small ketchup stain on the sheet. Absolutely pathetic. Please don't book in this hotel

The hospitality was great. The food was tasty. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple. The rooms were comfortable and all the amenities were present. Breakfast especially were a treat. A great way to start the day. Will recommend it to anyone who wishes to travel to Mysore.

Very inconsistent rooms at this hotel. We were first assigned a room in the wing to the right of the lift (2nd floor). We'd booked a 'luxury room' - which is supposedly larger than the deluxe rooms they offer. The room we were taken to first was awful, it looked like a beat up, worn down version of what you'll see on the booking sites. Even the flooring was wearing away. There was a musty stench in the room that was exacerbated by switching on the AC. There were table fans all the way down the main corridor. Apparently to dry the carpets which had been washed(?). Was this the source of the mustiness? Perhaps. There was no fridge in the room even though there was space for it. The safe didn't work. When we spoke to reception about this issue they assured us that none of the rooms had a fridge and they would look into the stench. Eventually we were moved to a room on the upper floor to the wing which is to the left of the lift. This was honestly like a different hotel altogether. The room was bright, fresh, furniture looked newer and no smell. Rooms looked like a refurbished version of where we had been before. It was also larger than the earlier room. My suspicion is that they have sets of rooms that are awaiting refurbishment and ones that have been. I also think they sent us to a deluxe room before. Which is code for crap room which has not yet been refurbished. So, if you're planning on staying here - make sure you avoid the left wing on the second floor. It is worse than even those clean 'lodge' type hotels they have in Mysore. Infact those would be a lot better. Food is good. Room service is cheap. Breakfast is ok-ish. Location is Central. Service is friendly but very casual and not 3* and above hotel worthy at all. Their pool is non functional.

Excellent service delivered by the ***ager of The Quorum Club, Nikhil Tanloar. I have some food allergies and he has been so kind to get a wonderful meal that could met my requirements. The rest of the Staff as well as been fantastic. We have tried different cocktails and they were all great. An experience to repeat.

This is a very dated property. It is a 2⭐️ property at best. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was appreciated. Can’t imagine what the standard room would have been like! Mattress was very uncomfortable. ***agement is clearly milking this without putting any money in the property. Good parts? Food and service. I would not select this property.

Though the hotel is located very near to railway station and on the main road and suitable location . It is not properly maintained . Not a HYGIENIC one . Even though we have specially requested to have a neat & clean rooms with new bed sheet & pillow covers ( My son in law has booked 2 rooms in the name of Prasanna venkatesh Stayed on 18/05/23 ) after entering the room we noticed that they have kept the room with used bed sheets ( noticed few small hairs & shown to the officers ) and fored them to clean the room once again & to change to new fresh bed covers & pillow covers . One room construction is such that , no door for bath room cum toilet room & only screen ( room no stats 3.... ) we asked to shift to another one . How you expect to sleep in the night and that too ac room with any door for toilet room ?? .Even we noticed in the room walls lot of dusts are hanging & shown to ***ager Mr .Rajara*** . They are charging like anything for the room rents but VERY POOR MAINTENANCE . The restaurant is some what GOOD one .....as we have taken both break fast & night dinner .

Amazing place to spend the holidays. The hotel is situated at main road. The rooms are specious and classic. The food was awesome. The staff is supportive and helpful. The value for money is very good for this hotel. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Coorg Heritage staff. - Abhijeet Deshpande.
