The rooms were clean . The washroom was huge and complimentary breakfast was delicious and great portion sizes. The ground floor has a great veg restaurant. And there are couple of non veg restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent location. Con Nothing as advertised. I booked rooms with ”view of the road” which literally has just a slice of view of some highway through a neighborhood.Staffs are reluctant to provide any service, we have to remind them couple of times to get another towel as there was only one towel provided.

I had booked 2 rooms for my extended family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided extra beds for both rooms. Check-in was easy. Food (buffet) was very satisfying. Pool & gym available, though did not use. Close to main Mysore attractions such as Mysore Palace.

I recently stayed at this hotel exquisite hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and design.the impeccable hygiene standards were evident throughout the property, and the food was absolutely delicious . The service was top - notch and rooms very good and receptionist staff very polite I highly recommended this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at hillside hotel ,the rooms were comfortable and make our stey enjoyable,they allowed they ware extremely accommodating and allowed as to checkin early at 10 am. totally enjoyed ,,,,,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the hotel service I recently experienced at Mysore Hotel Q Star. Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel was far from the pleasant and enjoyable experience I had anticipated. From the moment of check-in, it was evident that there were significant shortcomings in the service provided. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unfriendly, failing to greet guests with even a modicum of warmth or professionalism. This lackluster attitude extended throughout my entire stay, leaving a lasting negative impression. Moreover, the condition of the room I was assigned was subpar. The cleanliness was far from satisfactory, with noticeable stains on the carpets and bed linen. Basic amenities were lacking, such as toiletries, towels, and even a functioning Wi-Fi connection. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, no satisfactory resolution or effort to rectify the situation was made. The quality of service at the hotel restaurant was equally disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of attentiveness and efficiency, leading to long waiting times and incorrect orders. The food itself was of substandard quality, lacking taste and presentation. As a paying guest, I believe it is essential to receive a level of service that meets basic expectations. The level of service provided during my stay fell far short of these expectations, resulting in a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. It is regrettable that my visit to Mysore was marred by such inadequate service at your establishment. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to rectify them. As a customer, I hope that my feedback will serve as an opportunity for improvement within your establishment and prevent others from encountering similar disappointments in the future.
