HI JALMAHAL, Thanks for making our stay as decent and peaceful. Maintaining such biggest area, is really a hard core beauty. you are doing and did well during our stay. Pool, parking, indoor and outdoor are really made kids to relax well. Cycles for kids and adults for making them to enjoy well. Foods are nutritious. ***ager, Puneeth Kumar , sheriff, Pradeep, person who maintain pool, coffee bay madam and over all people doing responsive and fast service to clients. Well Done. What would i suggest please maintain a per***ent air freshener in RESTROOM. Separate pools for kids. 1 ltr water etc....for make your service more valuable. Very comfortable and relaxing stay at this hotel in May 2024. Stayed for 3 nights. All local sightseeing places are nearby to this hotel. Service and Cleaning is good and very supportive. I stayed with my 10 month old baby. Room are specious with required furniture. Hotel has veg restaurants which has very goods options even Karantak thali is available there. Hotel staff is very supportive. One Mysore silk saree shop is also avilable beside the hotel.

I Stayed in a Club Room in this hotel for 1 night on 29th Sep. Booked through MMT and they charged me Rs.3350/- for 2 adults and 1 kid (aged 9 years). The hotel is located on the main road and is very close to Mysore Palace, Zoo, Railway Station and Bus Station. Check in Process was smooth and easy. Though we arrived an hour earlier than the Standard Check in time, the hotel staff helped us alloting the room immediately on reaching the hotel. Room is kept neat and clean. Though the staff doesn't look that professional as in a star hotel, they were very humble and cooperative. The Club room that we booked was a big sized room with King bed and can easily accommodate 2 Adults + 1 Kid. There room has a reading table and mini fridge as well. Wardrobe was quite big.Washroom was clean and decent in size with 24 hour running hot water. Additional mattress and towels were provided at no extra cost. We ordered dinner from Iftar restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the taste was average. (Ordered Tandoori Items, Chicken Biryani and Curd Rice). All the items were delivered within 20 mins from the order time and were served hot. The Prices are also reasonable when compared to other hotel (RRR) where we had our lunch. The check out process was smooth and it hardly took us less than a minute. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it for all family travelers visiting mysore. Concern: They don't offer breakfast in the package.

The property is huge and very nicely maintained! ample amount of space in the property with variety of food options from their restaurants! really enjoyed the greenary and serenity of the property! the breakfast was great and staffs were kind! our stay was very pleasant and would always choose southern star for the service and quality! the rooms were specious and very well maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at hillside hotel ,the rooms were comfortable and make our stey enjoyable,they allowed they ware extremely accommodating and allowed as to checkin early at 10 am. totally enjoyed ,,,,,

Very polite staff, good theme, breakfast is awesome. Price worthy food- we had breakfast and it was good. Property location is little bit far from main city but good location. Amenities- separate kids zone for kids, wifi facility and ample parking.
