Hotel was near to railway station hotel ambience was good, calm and serene. Behavior of staffs was good and kind. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties. Only drawback we observed was, walls and floor were not clean enough and should be maintained well. But that is not a major issue. Price could be little cheaper.

One of the best hotels in Mysore. I decided to stay here for my special day - birthday and the hotel ensured I had an amazing time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The service was polite and friendly. Staff at reception were very warm. The place was brimming with guests. There was a function going on in its banquet hall too. All of it was being managed well. The highlight was the food. Scrumptious and tasty spread. So many varieties to order from and we hogged like there was no end. All of it was lip smacking. Ample parking space available too. True to its name, the place was indeed grand and gave us a lot of peace during our stay. It is so close to so many attractions in Mysore and is a total value for money. I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Mysore.

Stayed with my wife and kid (10-year old). The pros first: 1. Bed is good 2. Its a new establishment, so its clean. 3. Decent pricing, so slightly light on the pocket. 4. Has open parking next to its place, which is separate (NOTE: at night, lot of vehicles get parked, one in front of another, so - if by chance you have an emergency, this could be a challenge and this 'pro' can become a big 'con' for you) 5. Nice TV which has youtube as well (google TV) Cons: 1. Deluxe room, which I booked via *********** is not for 2 adults and a kid - this is very specific for 2 adults only 2. Extra bed is bad. 3. Bathroom shower knob was tough to operate (room number 502). If you are travelling as 03 members, ideally pick up suites, a family of 04 can pick up a 1 bedroom apartment, and there is an option to get even a 02 bedroom apartment. So we will try this again sometime, but not sure. There are so many hotels in Mysuru to continue trying :-)

Unbeatable location and lots of services in a heritage building with a lot of style and clean. After several days staying there, Metropol Hotel is home. All the staff is welcoming, ultra efficient and very warm. The team at reception is easy and got anything we asked for our visit. The team at the restaurant understood our necessities and created the perfect menu for us. We would like to mention particularly the good work of Kunar, so close, so quick and so efficient. Undoubtedly, we will come back to Metropolis hotel.

All the staff right from security guards, front office, restaurant, housekeeping are highly trained... Breakfast is fantastic... Zana, who looks after custom service is outstanding in her skills of hospitality business. Me and my wife could profoundly sense Zana's dedication towards customer care, her presentation and communication skills , pleasantly sweet personality! I also remember Priyanka and Ranganath, Shubo for the efficiency they demonstrated during our stay!

VVandugovindOne small suggestion, you could include toiletries kit with the room. Sometimes we miss you carry soaps and for most of us using body wash is uncomfortable. This is a very small suggestion even without this we had a superb stay . Biggest plus is the location.

Budget hotel within 2 kms from the Palace and other attractions such as the zoo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Offers decent South Indian buffet breakfast. Some areas of improvement: 1. Needs some regular maintenance activity (the TV in our room was not working, the door lock was extremely cumbersome to open) 2. It’s a sports theme hotel, so it would be nice if they added some element of decor related to sports and may be some indoor games, instead of having just sport stars murals in the rooms and minimal football club logos in display in the lobbies.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for 4 nights with my family and it is very close to the railway station which is hardly one km away. The hotel appears big and the room was also spacious with hot water facility 24 hours. The room service was also prompt and each day as and when we asked for room cleaning it was done well. It is a budget hotel but bigger in size. The breakfast menu was very normal and limited and mostly repeated on all days. We were given room no. 2026 which was very silent during the night with no noise from outside and we had a comfortable sleep but the fan was away from the bed and it was also running slow at high speed. Despite no extra bed sought they charged us for the 3rd person and since it was weekend/holidays the room rent was little higher which is 30% more than the reasonable rate. Overall it was a OK stay.

Pool, parking, indoor and outdoor are really made kids to relax well. Cycles for kids and adults for making them to enjoy well. Foods are nutritious. ***ager, Puneeth Kumar , sheriff, Pradeep, person who maintain pool, coffee bay madam and over all people doing responsive and fast service to clients. Well Done. What would i suggest please maintain a per***ent air freshener in RESTROOM. Separate pools for kids. 1 ltr water etc....for make your service more valuable.
