Horrible night mare. Room was filthy pillow had looked like blood stains. our 2nd day the bathroom sink exploded as per the manager well its not a ** 5 * star hotel so just accept it. food was brought in from near by restaurant half cooked . this is was the most horendous experience I have ever experienced .. will never stay or recommend to any one EVER!!.

I highly recommend Krishneel and his team. I have not seen my parents or my 7yr old in 3 years due to COVID and the tsunami/volcanic eruption in Tonga. It has been a very stressful time for my family. Krishneel has gone above and beyond my expectations to ensure that my parents are well taken care of especially with the COVID procedures in Fiji. Communication is vital especially when I am in Australia trying to arrange travel for my parents whom are in Tonga. My husband and I are looking forward to being able to visit Nadi and to staying at Ace Airport Hotel. Vinaka for all the help.

Stayed with my partner for 2nights but extended a night because we enjoyed our stay. Clean and Quiet surrounding, 15-20mins walk to the beach, 5-10mins drive to the shopping centers (Martintar, Namaka), Comfy beds, Air-conditioned, Hot shower, Clothing line, Self contained kitchen (deposit of $30 for appliances) - just what we needed. We also appreciated the kind staffs for making our stay comfortable with room service - breakfast though we did not request for it. We didn't realize that it was included in the local room price (free breakfast, wifi) There needs to be an improvement in the room with presence of Ants. But apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. Vinaka valevu.

1 and half Star hotel bit over priced since its run down but great location to everything in the area , always found the beds ok but really needs new linens, I've stayed here many times over the years . Helpful staff but like any hotel its best to keep your bags locked , Lunch and dinner has always been great , better to buy breakfast or you will just be given the very basic cereal and toast , pool always clean , TVS DO NOT WORK . If your a fuzzy person dont stay here . No free wifi

Thumbs up from a 61 year old solo female traveller. Well priced for my needs. 12 nights, --$850nz. ..( cheaper if you stay longer than 7 nights.) Own room, double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, fan. Beach directly across the road and bars and restaurants along the beach that anyone can go to all within a 2 minute walk, fits budget travel. Safe and comfortable to walk around at night. Its not a rowdy area ..everyone just cruising along. Supermarket a few minutes walk. Has a sister lodge next door with pool. Bus outside to go to town. Staff lovely. no kitchen, restaurant or bar but its all your doorstep🌞👌(Wasn't filled with party animals which I was worried about.) Nice chilled vibe😉

Wir verbrachten - zum Glück nur - zwei Nächte im Sailor's Beach, da wir im Transit waren. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick ist recht klein, wenn beide einen Koffer und Rucksack dabeihaben. Die Möbel sind billig, die Beleuchtung blendet nicht, das Bad hat keine Ablageflächen, das Bett war durchgelegen. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Dusche funktionierten gut. Man hört die Klimaanlagen der Nachbarzimmer. Es ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Zimmer, Bad und der gesamte Flurbereich waren schmutzig. Im Bett und in der Dusche waren Haare, die definitiv nicht von uns sein konnten. Das Frühstück war lecker und günstig. Auch das Abendessen und die Getränke waren super. Wir kamen am Samstagabend an. Bis 22.00 Uhr spielte eine nette Liveband, danach gingen wir auf's Zimmer. Da ging die Party aber erst richtig los. Man wird von der eigenen wie auch von der benachbarten Bar mit lauter Musik beschallt. Die Partyleute hatten bis zur Helligkeit am nächsten Tag eine gute und laute Zeit. Mit Ohropax war das kein Problem. Wer die Südsee kennt, wird enttäuscht sein, wer die Südsee nicht kennt und hohe Erwartungen hat, ebenfalls. Wer einfach Party machen will und wem das Ambiente egal ist, wird hier eine super Zeit verbringen. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr, sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig richtig erfreuliche an diesem Ort.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.
