Ulasan Kokusai 21 International Hotel

Room was extremely worth it's pricing with the cleanliness and you could feel the exquisiteness of the hotel from entering through the main doors all the way to your room. Walking distance to multiple interesting areas such as Zenkoji Temple and very pretty eateries around the area. 1 extremely disturbing thing was whereby 1 of the huge mirrors by the make up table was right infront of our beds which made my family and I have a paranoid night stay. Other wise everything was top tier!

Hotel is OK, but for us, no AC system makes the room stuffy. Sleeping with open windows is not an option for us. But the hotel is clean, albeit a bit old. Location is OK, not many things around, a small Lawson nearby, Dennys restaurant on the block, we picked the hotel because our tour departs from that hotel.

Renovated room, quite clean and big. Nice handful staff. Good view. Large parking area. Just only smelling of renovated room (we guess).

The hotel located in the area of government buildings. It is therefore very good for business people. They have five restaurants. But because we did not arrange for hotel breakfast, it was a bit difficult to get breakfast around the hotel. But there is a convenient store nearby. The room was clean. Reception gave us a high floor room with beautiful city view. Appreciate that. The hotel has three big car parks. Hotel guest needed to pay parking fee of 1000 yen for throughout the stay, which I think is reasonable. The hotel is actually well located - close enough to the sightseeing spots in the city centre.

Went in April 2023. The hotel is walkable to the only natural hot spring facility in town. 100 for Service. Special shoutout to the service staff! Location wise, it is centrally located within Nagano, however transportation wise would be more convenient to stay at Nagano station. The hotel is quaint and quiet with decent restaurants available within the building. Appreciate the flexibility to extend my stay for one night at Hotel Kokusai 21. Local drivers know the location of the building which is convenient for people who does not speak Japanese. Booked a room for 3, appreciated that the sofa bed was set up prior to arrival (some hotels only does this after you have reached, which increases waiting time.) Working fridge. Requested for a change in kettle and they provided one swiftly despite the language barrier. The hotel lobby is also a joy to walk into daily as they provide an exhibition of a samurai celebrating boy's day in Japan (5th May) with koi flags hanging at the back. A souvenir shop is also located within the lobby for last minute shoppers. Fun fact, this souvenir shop is not more expensive than at the train station.

酒店氣派房間也很寬敞，房間裏的物品整潔，早餐很豐盛。離善光寺也很近。相對於價格在長野市旅遊時值得推薦的酒店。

整體有國內國賓會議酒店的感覺

The hotel is well-located for both the train station and old-town Nagano, including the famous shrines. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were well-equipped with amenities. We felt that the hotel was excellent value.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My room was clean, quite spacious and had a beautiful view from the window. We ate in the restaurant there, Dono Dono, and had an excellent meal served by lovely staff. We had a 5 course meal and everything was delicious.

I felt this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Super friendly staff, really clean, good food and well located. You get what you pay for but I felt this was really good value for money especially considering other hotels we had stayed at in Japan on our trip

Hotel rooms are tired and a bit 1990s. Think physical key. Room very warm, and smallish. No safe. Breakfast room is tiny for place this size and could do with more lifts. Nice restaurants on site and in area.
